Excellent location in city center, helpful staff, excellent food for dinner and children friendly, nice mountain view from room Heating was not adequate, could add bacon and ham for breakfast - which was otherways OK |

Lovely location and a very nice hotel, good breakfast and walking distance to the train station. Staff at reception weren't very friendly |

Hotel is situated at the city center and we could make our short trips to its surroundings. The staff was very helpful, better then that one in info center. The place is quiet and it was not far to local bars and restaurants. We would like more vegetable for breakfast because there was any. |

Foor at the restaurant was excellent. Dont be mislead by the wellness spa photos which give you the impression that the hotel has a wellness spa. There is a public wellness adjacent to the hotel which is not part of the hotel. |

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr sauber. Die ganze Einrichtung entspricht nicht einem 4Sterne Hotel. Für den reduzierten Preis i.O., der Normalpreis zu hoch. Hoteleingang zu dunkel und dringend erneuerbar ("alt ehrwürdig"). Treppenhaus sehr düster. |

Ruhiges Zimmer, stilvoll renoviert, Z.T. nagt aber auch schon der Zahn der Zeit, Z.B. Lavabo Mahlzeiten. Sowohl Abend- als auch Morgenessen. Nachtessen war sehr mittelmässig zubereitet (Wild) und Dessert (Vermicelles) war eine Miniportion. Das Morgenbuffet ist leider biederer Schweizer Durchschnitt. Haben diese Leute auch schon mal nach at geschielt? |

Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich geräumig. Der Service im Restaurant ist sehr gut, ebenso wie das Speisenangebot. Die Einrichtung ist nach meinem Geschmack etwas kitschig und teilweise auch abgewohnt (Teppiche im Zimmer). |

El hotel cuenta con habitaciones muy amplias con vista a la montaña. Se encuentra en lugar muy agradable y muy cerca de la avenida principal de Bad Ragaz. El personal fue muy amable en nuestra estancia. |

Das Hotel liegt mitten im Ort. Der Golfplatz und dieTherme sind zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen; zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Minuten. Die Wanderrouten sind im Ort ausgewiesen. Ich kann das Hotel nur weieterempfehlen bzgl. Service und den geräumigen Zimmern. Die Polster der Zimmerstühle sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sie weisen teilweise starken Abrieb auf; sind blank bzw. löchrig an der Armlehne. |

Der Herr an der Rezeption(Besizter?Leiter?)war sehr charmant und zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar zu einem Ausflugspunkt gefahren! Die anderen Damen an der Rezeption eher unfreundlich. Die Nähe zu den Bergen!! Der Kirchturm war unmittelbar neben unserem Zimmer und es war ziemlich laut, als um 6h(!) in der früh die Glocken läuteten. Dem Frühstücksbuffet fehlte es an frischen Zutaten (Tomate/Gurke/Salat als Beilage), war aber sonst gut. |

zentrale Lage zu teuer für die erbrachte Leistung. Frühstück eher lieblos. konnte nicht auf der Sonnenterrasse eingenommen werden, da angeblich bereits für das Mittagessen vorbereitet. Um 10.00 Uhr!!! Ausserdem am Sonntag nur bis um 10.00 Uhr Frühstück, sehr unflexibel. |

Eine Nacht ist zu kurz um zu urteilen. Dame an der Réception war sehr hilfsbereit, als ich notfallmässig einen Arzt aufsuchen musste. |
