Within walking distance (10 min. Max) to the airport and 3 minutes to #10 bus to downtown. Next to a convenience store. Rooms need a face- lift urgently.

I chose the hotel because of the proximity to the Geneva Airport. It said 3 stars, but the hotel doesnt deserve them. It was at the most 1 star. The walls in the room were dirty (triple room), the drapes were gray instead of white, the sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water didnt flow. For chf 200.00 for one night very expensive for the poor service. The location.

Really easy to get from the airport. Very nice and helpful staff. Good price for Switzerland. No heating in the room. Dirty and dusty room. Toilet was full of water coming from the radiators.

I stay in Geneva often. The ability to walk to the airport was priceless- took me 15 minutes to deliver my checked bag. The hotel was dated, but the room was clean, the staff friendly, price inexpensive and the breakfast was good. I especially liked the fact that it sits above an excellent Italian restaurant.

They give you a ticket for urban transport for free, so visiting Geneva is much easier and cheaper (no need to pay for parkings :D). Free Wi-Fi with access to the Internet. Rooms haven't been renovated for a very long time ;(

The hotel needs some repair works urgently. I think it is unfair to charge the price for the place where things are falling apart.

Location is excellent for those who need to go to the airport early in the morning. The hotel is really close to the airport, tram 10 takes you there in 3 minutes. The staff provided us with city transport tickets which was very useful as the hotel was about 15-20 minutes away from the city center by tram. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was unexpectedly good. For Russians I would say that you feel like staying in 2-star hotel somewhiere under Nizhny Novgorod, but not in Switzerland. I would recommend it only for very unpretentious students. Very poor, walls were extremely dirty, curtains torn, bathroom ragged. Nevertheless everything worked, water was not leaking, very old TV set and WI-FI worked as well.

Rooms we're clean, hotel was close to the airport. Broken toilet seat, poor shower conditions (could not properly direct spray, bad food advice from front desk that had us going exactly where we said we were not going to go.

For the money we paid it was suitable. It was close to transport to visit the city and fabulously close to the airport for our overnight transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It provided breakfast which was great.

For ~ 100 CHF per night, it was the cheapest option to visit Geneva. The hotel is situated close to the airport, and its staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The hotel needs some renovations. In the cold winter, it is not as warm as you might expect (and can be a little cold, actually). It does not have a hair drier, as opposed to what appears on booking.com info. Internet speed was not very fast.

Accessible to the venue of the office I am working with and some front desk staff are friendly and nice. The same stuff for breakfast from day 1 to day 7. One of the front dest staff left the desk oftentimes. There were three instances that we could not find the staff on the desk thereby waiting for 10-30 minutes for him to comeback and get the key to open our room.

A friendly, inexpensive hotel both near to the airport and on number 10 bus route. Ideal for a couple of days visiting Geneva. The next door restaurant is friendly and good value. Please put on your web site that the number 10 bus can be taken from the airport to De-Joinville stop for the hotel and that this bus would also take you straight into the city. It would be a good marketing point!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is really nothing much in the area but the bus is very convenient to go down to town and also it is basically in walking distance of the airport. A bit lacking in basic facilities like a kettle. Hair dryer required a deposit which was also a bit of a hassle.

the location is good very close to the airport they give you free pass for all public transport staff nice and friendly one of the rooms was good we were travelling in a group of 5 people and had 2 rooms. our room for 2 person was very nice, but the other one for 3 was really poor. looks like a real hostel. 3 beds standing face to face, no table at all. the staff was very friendly, but called a taxi for us 10 min earlier than we asked, so we had to pay for waiting, the breakfast was extremly poor, even no eggs!

Contrary to the information included on teh booking.com site the rooms do not have a microwave, Not have a water cooker, nor fridge, nor safedeposit box. When I asked the manager about this the answer was that these facilities are in the breakfastroom, and a safe is at the reception.....that contrary to the information on the website the hotel also doesnot have a casino... That is a few hundred meters away, I was told. The manager told me that it is BOOKINGS.com that is responsible for the wrong information not the hotel. There is so liitle light in the room that room is very unconfortable: half dark!

The location was good for my particular business purpose. For Geneva (where the hotels are typically full and the prices outrageous) this hotel represented good value for money. The Pizzeria next door (a different business, I believe) was very good, and the Crowne Plaza is nearby for a drink in civilised surroundings. Although my room was clean (to Swiss standards), the decorations and carpets throughout the hotel need a lot of attention. The building is old and tired. This is a very basic hotel.
