The Pizza Restaurant below the hotel. It doesn't look great but the food is good and the service is fun. Receptionist was super.
I have stayed here before when it was cheap and awful. This time it was expensive and awful. To explain, last time I stayed here some of the rooms were being refurbished, not the one we had but others. I assumed with the increased price and the 3 stars that it had all been improved. Not so, same tired rooms, verging on dirty.
It is a short 10-minute walk to the airport and right next to direct and frequent bus connection to central Geneva. So, very useful if you were flying in the early morning. There is a pizza place right next to it but it closes at 10:30 pm after which you are on your own!
Aircraft noise, but this is an airport hotel so what would you expect? and the noise throughout the night starting at 4 am with some guests leaving their rooms to depart on early flights (the wooden floor of the corridor didn't help with that) and then at 7 a wave of cleaning staff entering rooms to clean it, which was very noisy especially when they should at entering each room! The room can also do with a tea and coffee maker!
the location was quite close to airport, 15mins by walking, (but i won't recommend with a big suit case), direct bus to the city (with free ride ticket), and breakfast was good.
staff wasnt kind, and the room facilities were very bad, (even hostel was better than this one), and noisy.....
Not very happy with the quality of the room. Especially the beds. Do somthing pls room 111
The hotel is not a short walk from the airport, as it seems on the map. There is a major highway in the way, so you have to take a bus, just like to any other hotel. The sheet had a large hole from a cigarette burn. The bathroom was tacky and didn't feel clean.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Helped us with an early croisson and coffee to grab on the way to the airport in the morning. Beds and sheets fine. Location very good for an Airport hotel, 10 minutes walk.
Rooms were rundown and not very clean,
For 3 stars its very good hotel
WiFi connection was ok, sufficient for video conversations. Bus access to the city center was convenient as well as vicinity of the airport (15 min by walk). It is also great that the card for city transport was provided for the whole stay. Breakfast was ok. I would recommend this place for not very demanding people (economic reasons) and only for short stay (1-2 nights)
I may understand that for this price it is hard to find something reasonable in Geneva with convenient access to the center and the airport, however I can't understand why the room was not sufficiently cleaned (I found quite big prune on the floor, near the desk - not below something but just easy to see). Also I can't understand, why the bathroom was equipped in the bathtub instead of shower cabin? After finding the room not very cleaned I had a lot of worries about cleanliness in the bath... and this disgusting courtain that shall prevent spreading the water arround. Anyway, if this could be a reason to equip the bathroom in the bath , there was no plug to fill the bath with water if anyone would like to relax lying inside. Also the toiled seat was not well attached and it slided on the bowl. Another issue are the cups for the water in the bathroom - they were for sure not single-use ones, but some plastic IKEA cups, that did not look hygienic - you can't even sterilize them in high temperatures! Is it so big cost to provide simple single-use cups? Dear Hotel owners, you should take care about such details as above - it won't cost you much, but can improve overall impression.
Noisy people in the corridors, noisy people, traffic and people dumping rubbish and recycling outside the window. Very basic hotel in desperate need of a refurb.
Room is unclean, the carpet floor seems uncleaned for some years, everything is old and very used. bad smell in the room, the bathroom is very old and you feel you may break something if you touch it. Very bad experience and would never recommend it to anyone unless you have no other option, and it's NOT a 3 stars hotel at all.
Being close tot he airport within walking distance
The price we paid. Didn't smell very nice in the reception area.
- price is good - connection into the city is easy (15 min by bus, the bus stop is 4 min walk from the hotel)
We needed a hotel in Geneva for one night to catch a plane the next morning. Trent Trois is five minutes from the airport. Hotel gives you a free bus pass to see the town and to take you to the airport. Very easy to get around. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. For Geneva, the value was ok though if I had it to do over, I would have stayed in a nicer city and gone straight to the airport from there. Our hotel in Interlaken, 2.5 hours away, was much nicer for the same money.
The floor we stayed on needs some renovation. Worn carpets. No decor. The floor above us looked much nicer.
short walk from the airport, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast.
Rooms at front close to noisy road
Proximity to the airport for early departure. Excellent value restaurant downstairs for dinner te evening before departure. You get what you pay for and we were very happy with excellent staff, clean and honest value.
Location is very good.Well connected to railway station and very close to air port by bus.Staffs are excellent, proficient to English and cooperative.Beds are good, clean and spacious room.Break fast is good.
Door lock for bathroom is not working.Day time a bit hot in room. One fan would be excellent.
+ Wifi + Staff
It's a bit faded.
close to the airport, Wi-Fi, friendly staff
Noisy (you have a restaurant aside as well as a very busy road), room unusually very hot, poor furnished, very poor breakfast. too expensive for what you get
The price was great. The front desk was nice and informative. Near bus stop to airport. Free bus card with stay.
Room was hot and extremely noisy and this sounds crazy but the lock on the door was ridiculously hard to manage each time coming and going.
Proximity to the airport (5 mins by bus or 10 mins by walk), great renovated bathrooms, fast wi-fi, helpful staff. Amazing quality / price value, especially for an overnight stay for an early morning flight out of GVA...
Maybe not the best hotel in GVA, but try finding those prices in the downtown area.
Price and near to airport
Very helpful staff at a 'budget' hotel that I could walk to from the airport.
cold breakfast for $10.
Close to airport and the Italian restaurant was a welcome sight.
Too hot .. No air conditioning or fan. Internet connection very poor and non existant. Room on main road therefore couldn't get any sleep..
Close to airport
no restaurants near by
I have stayed a number of times. Happy helpful staff, close to good restaurants, on the airport bus route, 5 minutes from airport.
The carpets are getting worn and discolored. time for a change
