Score from 144 reviews Good
Easy transportation from and to the airport wifi
free of ticket transportation
Easy access to town, airport, shops. Very frequent tram service.
Rooms are really spartan. This venue is definitely "budget".
It was nice to stay there
On bus route 23 from Airport, free public transport, free wifi, friendly staff
A little pricey
very,very small room, no wardobe.
The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable. The bar was reasonably priced next door with a nice atmosphere.
Dogs were allowed to stay at the hotel.
Confortable bed, good wi-fi, clean and quiet room.
No closet, not even hangers. How can you target business travelers if you don't even provide a way to hang shirts and suits? Wash basin in the middle of the room, shower in a position where it's impossible not to get the room floor wet.
We were given free travel tickets.
The paid parking was expensive.
Geneva hotels are ridiculously expensive so we decided to stay here. For a short stay it is all you need. Comfortable beds, warm and very clean. Just like all the other ibis budgets I have been to.
Comfortable and clean room, good wifi, and Good location, 5-minute walk from bus station.
The room is too small. No kettle.
Reminder for all traveller's that you can pick up a free transport card in the airport to get to hotel Rooms where Ok
Shower a bit small Loud thumping sound throughout night Walls thin
location (but the hotel has nothing to do with, public transport in Swiss is just excellent anyways) On arrival you get a free day ticket for public transport for all your stay
my goodness: in my room there was a double bed with a bunk bed on the top. I am not at all used to this. I hit my head almost 5 times with the bed above. I was thoroughly pissed off with this. When you get into the room, it just feels like cheap student accommodation, yet you pay almost 70-80 euros per night! I know Swiss is expensive and stuff, but still it sucks The staff was very unfriendly The wifi signal dropped every now and then. No restaurant and no breakfast. Toilets and bathroom are too small. Room just looks like very basic, cheap stuff.
Excellent facilities for a one night stopover on a budget.
The reduction in TV channels meant there was no English news to be found as before.
Tidy, Clean and a little bit different!
No Restaurants/cafes close to restaurant (only next door in the Ibis)
clean convenient transport
wifi drops sometimes small
Free tram ticket although I had Swiss Pass. Excellent for many tram lines.
Very plain room. only Soap supplied. No hairdryer But value for Money compared to other Hotels in Geneva.
They offer free public transportation. Staffs are very friendly.
Neat, clean, friendly. Because it is just outside town, this Ibis gives bus and tram tickets to each person. This allows free travel while in Geneva, plus discounts on the boat rides.
To use the wifi, a code is given, this code does not last long, so take a bunch before going to the room. (they are meant to last for 24 hours - but don't.)
Free tram pass, easy parking
wifi not so good
Central location, hospitable staff, GREAT wifi connection.
Very tight room space, especially the shower room. Parking was a hassle as parking meter was to be paid from 8am or we had to take the 16CHF/day indoor garage.
Price/quality, location, frendly personal, clean rooms.
Room was comfortable. Local supermarket is very convenient. Reception was kind. But other staff quite unhelpful.
We got stuck in the car park for more than five minutes on several occasions waiting for the staff to open the door. On one occasion a mother and baby were kept waiting with us for ten minutes. One of the cleaners got annoyed with us for eating our picnic in the lobby area--we were very tidy and sat at the tables provided. She started moving our bags and banging around. It was just before we left and ruined our opinion of the hotel. Parking is over priced.
Free tram ticket
wifi not very good
We were given free tickets for all public transport which was fab as the tram and bus stops were just outside. Staff were friendly.
The room was a little small and there were no extras e.g. hand towels or a kettle.
