Hotel im Schlosspark  

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff efficient and helpful. Well situated for public transport.

As it was the Basel Watch and Jewellery Fair the prices were very much inflated. But as accommodation in Basel is very limited everyone hikes up their prices.

Beautiful, simply stylish and efficient place. Nice room, lovely beds, bathroom and sense of space. Good food. Excellent polite, kindly staff.

My husband felt he needed a better light to read by! Thats all.

It is a very quiet, peaceful place in a nice neighborhood, close to the tram and easy to get to the city center. There are small grocery stores and pharmacies in the neighborhood. The breakfasts are superb.

The rooms are nice but have very little shelf space for toiletries, etc. There are no hooks in the bathroom for hanging bedclothes or other items. We never could get connected to the internet.

Great location, not too noisy yet central

The breakfast at this hotel was rich, arranged with passion and of outstanding quality, I'll happily come back.

It was the serenity of the location that was priceless for me. Courteousy of the staff and the fact that there was limited accommodation, gave a feeling of being home....

Can improve in terms of services and facilities. May want to provide phone connection in the rooms and improve quality of WiFi connection. Also may want to provide golfing equipment on rent...

It is newly renovated, very clean, very quiet at night and nice breakfast in the morning.

The hotel setting was in a nice neighborhood and very attractive. The staff were friendly and hospitable! The breakfast was just delicious! The rooms were spacious, especially our bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable. It was a great location for riding the tram. We were able to use our computer in our room. We ate at the castle restaurant one evening and it was exquisite! The meal and the whole dining experience was wonderful!

The staff were very helpful and the accommodation excellent. Our only problem - after a long drive - was that the restaurant was not serving food and we had to try elsewhere. The cleanliness of the hotel in all areas was commendable.

There was nothing we did not like at all. The proximity to the excellent tram service was superb.

Super schönes Hotel mit 2 wählbaren Zimmerkategorien (eher modern und komfortabel oder schön klassisch im Schlossstiel) zum gleichen Preis. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß das Bad war einfach toll und obwohl wir an der Tramhaltestelle wohnten hörte man Nichts!!! Die Dame bei der wir eincheckten nahm sich viel Zeit für uns und erklärte uns alles in aller Ruhe! Wir kommen wieder!

Bei viel Andrang ist das super Frühstück mit echt geilen Produkten (Rohmilchkäse aus der Umgebung, Rohschinken, selbstgemachter Obstsalat und Birchermüsli...) viel zu schnell leer und man muss lange auf Nachfüllungen hoffen! Auch hat mich gestört dass manche Gäste bedient wurden und manche nicht!

Buonissimo livello di qualità/prezzo. Albergo tranquillo. Ristrutturazione eseguita con gusto con materiali semplici e nel pieno rispetto dello stabile d'epoca.

Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Restaurant des Hotels haben wir ein exquisites *****- Abendessen eingenommen. Ich kann dieses Hotel&Restaurant wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Unter unserem Fenster hat es immer wieder und auch spät noch Leute gehabt, die sich ziemlich laut unterhalten haben. Wahrscheinlich denkt niemand daran, dass oben Leute schlafen möchten.

Sehr feines auserlesenes Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal, freundlich und zuvorkommend.

le stanze sono confortevoli e la zona letto è ben "isolata" dall'ingresso quindi i rumori delle scale non ti disturbano. i letti sono comodissimi e spaziosi, anche i bagni: nuovi ben tenuti e comodi la colazione dal mio punto di vista è perfetta, ti fai tu il caffè/cappuccino... c'è il salato ed il dolce senza eccessi; tutti prodotti freschi. il ristorante adiacente è chiccosissimo e offre piatti di alto livello con personale attento ed educato.

mi sarebbe piaciuto avere la connessione wifi gratuita, che non mi sembrava esserci... nel caso in cui ci fosse stata, allora mi sarebbe piaciuto che insieme alle chiavi mi avessero dato anche la password.

Stadtnähe mit Tram gute Verbindungen zur Stadt Basel, ausserhalb und ruhig. Ab der Autobahn über Bruderholz umgehen von Stadt - Verkehrskaos

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit supertoller Kaffeemaschine.
