Quiet place, very good and comfortable room (Junior Suite), proximity to the city center (bus stop at the door), generally friendly staff (very friendly in the restaurant) Night porter was not very well aware of the hotel rules and amenities, Internet connection is very costly, old fashioned key instead of well spread plastic cards, no-one helped with the luggage |

Sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Alles Erforderlich ist vorhanden. An der Reception scheint meistens Lehrpersonal zu arbeiten. Ich schätze eine persönliche Note (Namensnennung, kurzes Gespräch etc,)An heissen Tagen sollte das Klimagerät eingeschalten sein. |

Een prachtig sfeervol hotel, mooie kamer, heerlijk terras. Lekker eten, prima ontbijt. Gratis parkeren. Goede busverbinding met de binnenstad. Het was erg warm tijdens ons verblijf, de kamer met haar dikke muren hield de warmte lang vast en de airco was niet afdoende. |

De ligging.Buiten de stad Bern en toch de bushalte voor de deur.Iedere 10 min een bus naar het centrum. Ik vond het een beetje vreemd dat voor het onbijt 25 zw frank p.pp gevraagd werd en dat dan een gebakken ei wederom 7 frank kost. |

Das Frühstück ist im Hotelpreis nicht inbegriffen. Die zusätzlichen CH 25 pro Person sind jedoch ok. Aber dass für ein kleines Rührei noch zusätzlich CHF 7 in Rechnung gestellt werden, finde ich überzogen! |

O quarto é muito confortável e espaçoso. O lugar onde fica o hotel é muito agradável. Muito bem organizado e charmoso. Recomendo. Pode melhorar o café da manhã que não é compatível com a ótima qualidade do hotel. Importante saber que o hotel fica distante uns 4,0 km do centro. Tem ônibus na porta. |

Stedet ligger veldig bra. Hotellet er gammeldags men med stil. Veldig fine rom men noe dyrt er det jo. .Vi valgte det fordi vi hadde vært der ved forskjellige anledninger før.. |
