I liked friendly personal of the hotel, atmosphere in the hotel, lovely gym, steam room and clarins spa, rooms are clean, all was super-:) even weather was bad. Thanks to everybody who is working where and special to nice lady Mirna who is ready helps u in any time

I didn't like just one thing: the disign of rooms- wood of furniture looks soooo cheap and nothing like all intercontinental around of the world

Excellent hotel

The atmosphere and location is excellent. The service was impeccable.

Bar and restaurant area

I thought the bathrooms were dated. For 355 francs I would expect better quality. And no breakfast for that rate is a complete joke in my opinion. It was an over priced hotel with ok facilities, I would not stay again. Thanks

Reception and check- in services very efficient. Excellent restaurant.

I asked for a non-smoking room, and the guests next to my room were smokers. My room smelled of cigarette smoke all the time. They were very noisy, too. I had to change the key to my room three times before it finally worked without a problem. The breakfast buffet was also a lot better before; for a hotel like this it should include cheese and eggs, at the very least.

A very friendly atmosphere, the staff were very pleasent and helpful

Good rooms, very helpfull staff, location is quit, &good food..

It is not dislike, only a suggest if free breakfast is included it will be 1 off the best hotels...

We had been traveling through Europe for several weeks at this point and only spent one night at this hotel in between two days of 6-hour long drives. This hotel, and it's wonderfully comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and room service, was just the rejuvenating place we needed. Yes, it is a bit on the pricey side, but Geneva is not an inexpensive city to stay in regardless of where you stay. The room service prices were very stiff, example 27 euros for a ham and cheese sandwich, but we were tired and simply didn't care....we pampered ourselves here, and it was well worth it!

Room service prices could be off-putting....we recommend not relying on it for your meals unless you are unconcerned about budget.

Nice swimming pool . a very good waiter at dinner. Excellent breakfast although the staff were a little less attentive than those at dinner. The spa looked very nice although we didn't use it.

For such an expensive hotel we thought that some of the staff could have been a little more efficient. It's very much geared towards the business traveller.

The rooms is nice and biger

The price is high, they don't fllows the apssders benfets , and they don't have ajcwze in the spa . And the last is the lluction of the hotel is so far from the lake and the cener of the city

Staff were very friendly, professional and forthcoming. The elevators were fast and I liked the décor of the lobby and ball room. The location was perfect because I celebrated my graduation the next morning in InterContinental's conference hall, which was beautiful and perfect for the occasion.

My room was not terribly impressive, design-wise. Everything was perfectly fine. It just didn't impress. It seemed outdated in character, a bit like what I would have expected of a room from about 10 or 20 years ago. The bed was comfortable and I have no real complaints. For the money, I would have appreciated a bit more love for details in the room.

El trato del personal es perfecto, muy educados, amables, solicitos, la comida excelente.

Le personnel est charmant et à votre écoute, les chambres sont design et impeccables, il y a de multiples services à votre disposition.

J'ai du payer une taxe de séjour, alors que je paye mes impôts à Genève.
