Comfortable for a business hotel, nice breakfast, nice staff

Very expensive for the small room- it was comfortable, but not very good value for money- only is worth it if you can get a good deal, otherwise I would stay somewhere else a bit less "luxury".

We were there for only one night and apart from a simple dinner and breakfast we did not use any of the hotel's services.

I did not enjoy the fact that the night we stayed it was quite windy and as a result of the tremendous noise we did not sleep. The noise in the room was too great.

Good location close to onu. Nice construction and decor.

Very modern fast check in and out I have for years stayed in the ramada park at near the airport the only one thing they have which is great is a bus transfer to and from airport having said that it was no big deal as you booked taxi for me. I often come to geneva and by habit stayed at the ramada but thought I ought to have a change do you have a loyalty programme ? regards tim kemp

All the staff are really professional and service is good. There is a good size pool and to relax by the poolside on a warm is very nice. Rooms are comfortable.

Toilets are too small and not practical. Location of the hotel is a bit far from town but the transport system is good.

I had a number of meetings in the lobby - and there were numerous spots to meet up.

I had to wait about 15 minutes to check out

The room is extremely comfortable. The service is great. The lobby decoration is sophisticated and charming. Loved my stay.

Located a bit far (for Geneva standards) from the old town and places of touristic interest. But there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel, and it thakes no more than 15 minutes by bus to arrive at the Vieille Ville.

L'accueil était parfait. Le personnel très agréable. L'hôtel était vraiment magnifique. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était dans notre chambre.

J'ai trouvé dommage qu'au téléphone on me dise que je peux utiliser les spa pendant toute la nuit pour le 31 alors que tout était fermer.

Le hall d'entrée est très beau et grandiose, les concierges très disponibles et polis.

Le rapport qualité prix est detestable, la chambre est petite et concentre le maximum d'équipements pour correspondre à un 5 étoiles mais c'est trop exigu. La restauration en chambre est médiocre et très chère. Le wifi est parfois très aléatoire. Cet hôtel est très mal insonorisé intérieur et même par rapport à l'extérieur. Le tarif prévu pour la 1ère nuit par booking .com n'a pas été respecté et mis au tarif plus élevé des nuits suivantes. Je n'avais pas regardé, leur faisant confiance. Verifier avant de payer.
