Le professionnalisme du personnel, le petit déjeuner, la beauté globale de l'hôtel, la vue sur tout Genève et les montagnes( de nuit, c'est assez sympa!), et le confort du lit King size!!! L'éloignement de l'hôtel par rapport au vieux Genève, le manque ou l'oubli d'un petit cadeau d'accueil: du style boite de chocolat suisse!!!! |

the valet parking service the manager of the reception , this was my last time to stay again on this inter, even that i am their regular customer since 2004 . but that stay was my last stay . the manager was so rude she is really does not respect her customer and I am really not satisfied and not happy. |

Very good atmosphere of the hotel for bussenes or romance. Great friendly staff at the bar and restaurant. Free tickets for public transport. Room we had no view of the lake, although the description states that Superior rooms all have views of the lake - I think I was fooled .... I did not get 25% discount for breakfast while standing on the internet that Prioritty Club members to have the privilege and other privileges that I have not felt ... |

near to the airport and town, All facilities in the room were dated despite the fact that they are a 5 star hotel. Internet connection was cut during the session, and there was no tea making facility. Always a long queue in the reception, no one bothered to help carrying luggage, Perhaps this hotel is good only for those people who come to attend some sort of conference held there. Never recommend for individual traveler. |

it is close to the airport and the city center , clean and newly refurbished , nice design , the pool is fantastic.and good service. the treadmills at the fitness center are old and one of them was not working |

Very polite and efficient staff. Beautiful room spotless clean with great lake view. Excellent location both in the direction of France and around the lake. Very pampering. There are too many people allowed to smoke freely in public areas inside the hotel (in the lounge and in the bar). The service of the bar staff is extremely slow later in the evening. |

i made a reservation 24 hours before check in and when i came they said there is no reservation for me.. thank god i have printed out the reservation , i dont know who was the fault from booking.com or hotel. but they made another booking for me .. |

The breakfast was great. Although we had an issue with the extra bed request in our room, one of the male hotel staff working at the time was very willing to help and accommodate us as much as possible. The rooms are extremely small. It mentions that the max capacity of extra beds is 3. If you need an extra bed, ensure that it will fit in the room you've booked. |

Der Service war gut, und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es gab bei meiner Ankunft kein behindertengerechtes Zimmer vorhanden. Es gibt auch keine behindertengerechte Toilette bei der Reception. Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist es etwas problematisch. |

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Schitterend buitenzwemdok met alle mogelijke faciliteiten.Prachtig interieur. Design-kamer . Gratis genieten van openbaar vervoer naar de stad ( bus stopt om de 10 min.achter de hoek ) Uitstekende ligging juist buiten de stad ( meer groen en meer "lucht" ). Slechts eén - duur ! - restaurant. Ook mogelijkheid tot lichte maaltijd aan het zwemdok ( onder een afdak ), maar eveneens duur, en enkel bereikbaar langs de buitenzijde van het hotel, wat niet erg praktisch is als het regent... |
