Very polite and efficient staff. Beautiful room spotless clean with great lake view. Excellent location both in the direction of France and around the lake. Very pampering.

There are too many people allowed to smoke freely in public areas inside the hotel (in the lounge and in the bar). The service of the bar staff is extremely slow later in the evening.

Short visit but very good

The breakfast was great. Although we had an issue with the extra bed request in our room, one of the male hotel staff working at the time was very willing to help and accommodate us as much as possible.

The rooms are extremely small. It mentions that the max capacity of extra beds is 3. If you need an extra bed, ensure that it will fit in the room you've booked.

The swimming pool and the food in the different restaurantes, the swimming pool area is really very nice and the people there are friendly, The SPA installation also are fine

The Room for me was a standard small room but the recepcionist said that it is a superior room, in my point of is a very expensive rate for this kind of room, again for me is a classical standard room

Al check in la camera non corrispondeva alla descrizione di quella renotata alla tariffa 520 franchi, nonostante mie rimostranze non e' stata cambiata.

il rapporto : qualità - prezzo. La piscina ed il servizio ed il design della hall

L'ubicazione, il confort, la discrezione era ottimale per le mie esigenze e in linea con le mie aspettative

Il primo contatto con la reception non è stato felice nonostante la prenotazione e il colloquio telefonico per informare della presenza di due bambini e quindi di un lettino in camera ha creato imbarazzo e non sembravano informati.
