The rooms were cleam and comfortable, breakfast was very nice, it is just 5 minutes walk from interlaken ost. |

very quite with nice breakfast buffet While booking through booking.com I have choosen a double room. At the time of arrival we get choked that it is a triple room and in a floor under renovation process (i.e very noisy). You can image how honey-mooners can sleep in a triple room in a floor under renovation. |

Reception staff efficient , fixed a lot of things that were not operational in rooms after check in. Room was too hot and stuffy with inadaquate temperature control , breakfast scrambled eggs were tepid , room amenities not replenished daily, maintenance poor. |

Localization was nice and breakfast was very good. Also the room size was very appropriate. Regarding hotel’s standards it could provide some amenities in the bathroom. |

Free good coffee, small but decent breakfast, very nice room (business room), close to Ost Bahnhof. Parking lot is small but free of charge if there's room (there was). Neat history of the hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was closed for the season as was the bar, but not indicated when booking. When we asked the front desk if there were any restaurants that deliver, they had no idea... something we thought they should have considered. |

Hotel staff was more than helpful with anything we needed, directions, recommendations, etc... Very comfortable bed. Proximity to main train station. Our room and the hallways were a far cry from the images online. Very outdated room. Broken bathroom fixtures. Expensive Wi-Fi. We checked out after one day and went elsewhere. |

The staff did her duty and helpful. I like this hotel and my room's decoration. Breakfast was good. My room was quiet. Hotel's restaurant was closed temporarily. When I took a shower, the stream was too slow. |

Our room was bigger than expected. The room was newly renovated, great bathroom. Hotel provide water boiling kettle in the room. Good breakfast. Very convenient to train station. There's a church behind the hotel and it has a bell that chime every hour. But with closed window, shouldn't be a problem. |

Easy access to the train station. Clean room. Decent breakfast. Friendly reception staff and food service staff. No air conditioning in the room. It became uncomfortably hot even during our stay in September. |

Very efficient hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. The room would have been excellent, had it had built in air conditioning as opposed to a fan. The coffee machine at breakfast makes for slow serving and an additional one or ready made coffee jugs could be considered. Please note that these are just minor issues. |

Das Frühstücksbüffet war etwas besonderes, reichlich,... international. Der Platz vom Gartenrestaurant befindet sich an aussergewöhnlich schöner Lage, gleich angrenzend am Japanischen Garten.....toll! Das einzige was mich gestört hat oder hätte, war der Lärm vom Strassenverkehr, da wir ein Zimmer auf jener Seite belegten. |

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Die Aussicht war herrlich und auch das Essen hat toll geschmeckt. Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. |
