Hotel Interlaken  

Muy cerca de la estación de trenes, y no impresiona bien al llegar, pero por dentro está muy bien. Bueno el desayuno también.

Staff and cleanliness

Very hot. Lucky we had a suite so had a fan but that was just not enough. Also could not leave window as open as Church bell used to ring 4-5 time during the night!!!! Not sure who is praying then. But I guess its true of all other 4 star as well. Also they charge for ice which at their price for what is after all a 4 star is not good.

What do you need more then Hotel Interlaken? Nice staff, excellent location between Interlaken Ost & Interlake West Stations. Free parkings for guests, free internet, warm welcome and tasty breakfast. The view from the balcony for the back rooms are great ... recently remodeled ... Highly recommended ...

Modern decoration of the hotel does impress me ! Beautiful room with great breakfast :) The hotel is just about 5 minute (slow pace) walk from the Interlaken ost. station. The bells form the nearby church may disturb you at night but if the window is properly shut down it can kept the noise away.

I didn't expect much from 4 stars hotel in europe but this hotel really exceeded my expectations ,, the rooms were large & very nice with new clean furniture. Both parking & internet were free of charge. Price & location are good as well. انصح بشدة بالسكن فيه

The only this that I really didn't like was the noise from the church bells that ring every hour.. Also there's no ac but I think none of the hotels in interlaken has ac

The hotel doesn't look good from outside but inside it's much better. Very conveniently located, ok spacious, equipment is acceptable, and breakfast is very good.

When we arrived the road outside was under maintenance so it got dirty.

No F&B open at night (closed for one month)

The design is really good. And the stuff is so friendly.

There's no free wifi. only the cable.

Very traditional family run hotel that takes pride in its great service to customers. 4 stars were defintiely awarded correctly. One of the better hotels I stayed in at Interlaken!

Cant really find anything I didnt like except that one of the cleaners didnt clean the room properly. Could be a one off

Toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo expensive!! I didn't notice that the reservation cannot be cancelled just before one day!!

Hotel is very lovely n cosy. The family room for 5(3grown children)that I had was very nice, albeit a little small for 5. But the bathroom is huge. Layout is very nice. I am very fussy, but I rate the room as spotlessly clean. The staff, especially Ronny(reception) is extremely nice n helpful. They very kindly accommodated my last minute change of room type via Internet, which I honestly did not expect. Also the Indonesian lady wait staff at restaurant for breakfast is very warm n welcoming. (Unlike other hotels, who treat breakfast guests as pests).Breakfast is very good n very superb. Location is excellent, thou not near city, which we had no time to go, but very near train station, Interlaken Ost, which is 5mins walk. They also give free unlimited bus passes. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, n would definitely stay again if I return. It's a 10 out of 10!

Only gripe is the pillows are too soft n the rollaway bed is too small n soft, not comfortable. Free wifi would be good, thou cable Internet is free in room. But these are forgivable cause being very fastidious, I do love this wonderful hotel n their friendly n helpful staff. The best in this Europe trip albeit a little pricey, but worth every cent.
