室内の装飾が山小屋風でかわいらしかった。また、設備も改装直後で新しく、気持ちがよかった。備え付けのポ- ット、お茶類が充実していた。朝食に、なぜか白いご飯と醤油があった。（ご飯に合うおかずは、なかったのが- 残念） オスト駅からまっすぐ徒歩５分程だが、スーツケースがある場合、少し長い距離に感じた。 |

ユングフラウ周辺を観光する際の服装やスケジュールまでホテル・スタッフが事細かに相談にのってくれ、有益- だった。ホテルの外観と違って、滞在した部屋はどことなく北欧テイストで、機能的だが温かみがあって気に入- った。ミニバーや朝食も充実。あまり使わなかったが、バスの無料券などもサーヴィスでつけてくれる。 居心地のよいホテルで何泊もしたくなるが、連泊するには少し料金が高め。スイスなので仕方ないのだが、もう- 少し安ければ申し分ない。 |

施設はきれいで清潔。近代的でよかった。 とにかく暑い。廊下、部屋の中ともに暖房が入っているんじゃないかと思えるくらい暑かった。また、フロント- マンが声をかけるまで出てこない、連泊時のアメニティの交換が十分でないなどスタッフの対応も不満がある。- |

３名利用の条件で宿泊したが、単にエクストラベッドが置かれているだけだった。スペース的にも余裕がある訳- では無かったので、３泊滞在するのは非常にストレスだった。 |

老舗のホテルですが、きれいに改装してあり、朝食のラインナップが豊富で美味しかったです。またユングフラ- ウに行くためにベースとなるインターラケンオスト駅に近く、行動しやすいです。本来インターラケン入村２日- 目から登山鉄道で上がるつもりでしたが、１日目のチェックイン後に散歩がてらオスト駅発１８時３５分発の鉄- 道に乗り、グリンデワルトに行って観光して２１時頃帰ってきたぐらいです。２日目は実際グリンデワルトで観- 光できる時間はありませんでしたので初日に行けて良かったです。 特にありません。 |

ｲﾝﾀｰﾗｰｹﾝｵｽﾄ駅から徒歩で迷うことなく到着出来ました。また、ﾎﾃﾙに併設されている中華ﾚｽﾄ- ﾗﾝでは、ﾁｬｰﾊﾝや春雨ｽｰﾌﾟなどを美味しくいただきました（ｺｽﾄﾊﾟﾌｫｰﾏﾝｽも満足しました- ）。 特にありませんでした。 |

The room was clean and good size for my family. Staffs is friendly and breakfast is excellence. The location is very conveint for travel to the near-by mountains.Overall above my expectation Should provide some basic facilities such as shower-cap , hot driking water and cups. |

The staff were great! They spoke English fluently and were very helpful and well educated about all the tourist attractions in the area. The design of the rooms and the furniture is of great quality! The breakfast was very nice as well. Don't miss the scrambled eggs when you visit. The size of the room was a bit small but definitely a good value for the money. |

The location and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is not bad too. The furniture in the room is kinda old, should be replaced. Also the towels need to be changed. The bathroom is a bit stuffy too. |

The modernisation and renovation of the Business Economy Room The restaurant did not have any appeal in either its decor or its menu. Also when a client pays a daily rate for a room toiletries should be provided on a daily basis instead of only on the first day. |

Grear hotel and all faclities as mentioned online. When the internet was down they paid on the prepay machine in the lobby. Extnded my stay there by one day. Breakfast was better than expexted. The Managing director with whom I had a chat late evening was a wonderful person. Definately a hotel to stay in with exceptional history Nothing .....its a great hotel |

The location and the clean room. They said they have free parking but when I went I paid money for the public parking, they have only about 7 cars parking !! and they don't have a/c .. I couldn't sleep well that night. |

Hotel was excellent with great service and helpful staff. Rooms were large and practically furnished. Location was excellent. Just 10 minutes walk from Interlaken OST. Breakfast was also great. A bit expensive but in my trip to switzerland I stayed in several other hotels as well, this was the most expensive one but still provided value to what we paid for. |

Nice staff, ease of access and good brekfast .. Balcony in room is wonderful. Bell of nearest Church is very noisy and ringing each hour and part ot hour for the 24 hours .. Amazing |

Convenient location for Interlaken Ost station, Nice restaurants like Des Alpes, Truly Asia in the neighbourhood. Car parking not a problem. Price was bit high when we compared to other top branded four star hotels we stayed in Switzerland. |
