Het hotel ziet er heel netjes uit, mooie kamer (junior suite 216) goed onbijt.goed locatie misinformatie van de nacht portier over open restaurants tijdens de laate uuern |

We vonden het verblijf prima.Hotelkamer was ruim en een mooi balkon met openslaande deuren.Het ontbijt was prima.Dichtbij het centrum en we konden onze auto achter het hotel gratis parkeren. Jammer dat de kamers geen airco hadden.Ook hadden we geluk met het parkeren,er zijn nl weinig parkeerplekken. |

Dat het weer ons in de stemming bracht om te gaan skiën in Grindelwald!! Waardeloos dat we een kamer boekten voor 3 personen en dat ze ons "probeerden" op te ruimen in een achterhok!! |

Locatie is prima. Eten is van goede kwaliteit. Personeel is vriendelijk. Honden zijn geen probleem. Mogelijk is de gratis parkeergelegenheid te beperkt bij grote drukte. |

The location and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is not bad too. The furniture in the room is kinda old, should be replaced. Also the towels need to be changed. The bathroom is a bit stuffy too. |

The modernisation and renovation of the Business Economy Room The restaurant did not have any appeal in either its decor or its menu. Also when a client pays a daily rate for a room toiletries should be provided on a daily basis instead of only on the first day. |

Grear hotel and all faclities as mentioned online. When the internet was down they paid on the prepay machine in the lobby. Extnded my stay there by one day. Breakfast was better than expexted. The Managing director with whom I had a chat late evening was a wonderful person. Definately a hotel to stay in with exceptional history Nothing .....its a great hotel |

i like the location in the center of Interlaken. rooms are big and has nice view. nice breakfast no air condition but the wither was good at that time. |

The location and the clean room. They said they have free parking but when I went I paid money for the public parking, they have only about 7 cars parking !! and they don't have a/c .. I couldn't sleep well that night. |

Hotel was excellent with great service and helpful staff. Rooms were large and practically furnished. Location was excellent. Just 10 minutes walk from Interlaken OST. Breakfast was also great. A bit expensive but in my trip to switzerland I stayed in several other hotels as well, this was the most expensive one but still provided value to what we paid for. |

Nice staff, ease of access and good brekfast .. Balcony in room is wonderful. Bell of nearest Church is very noisy and ringing each hour and part ot hour for the 24 hours .. Amazing |

Convenient location for Interlaken Ost station, Nice restaurants like Des Alpes, Truly Asia in the neighbourhood. Car parking not a problem. Price was bit high when we compared to other top branded four star hotels we stayed in Switzerland. |

very quite with nice breakfast buffet While booking through booking.com I have choosen a double room. At the time of arrival we get choked that it is a triple room and in a floor under renovation process (i.e very noisy). You can image how honey-mooners can sleep in a triple room in a floor under renovation. |

Reception staff efficient , fixed a lot of things that were not operational in rooms after check in. Room was too hot and stuffy with inadaquate temperature control , breakfast scrambled eggs were tepid , room amenities not replenished daily, maintenance poor. |

Localization was nice and breakfast was very good. Also the room size was very appropriate. Regarding hotel’s standards it could provide some amenities in the bathroom. |
