It's location, lake side view. There were no vegetables at all for breakfast. It would be great to have some tomatos or cucambers etc., not only bread, cheese and sausage |

friendly stuff, quite comfortable and silent room (TV, air-conditioning), cleanliness, possibïlity of internet, swimming-pool (not so big but good to relax), tasty breakfasts |

The history of the hotel and the natural beauty of the area, as well as the staff, who were very accommodating. There were stains on the carpet in our room and some crude (dirt) around the edges in the bathroom. |

The hotel has a very authentic look; old things, pictures on the walls turn it into museum. I felt like I was in 19th century and I liked that. You don't experience that often, its precious. I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel, the only negative point was the absence of ac. I would exchange all other luxuries only for ac. |

Everything!! The friendly staff, the atmosphere, the facilities (not that I could use the pool due to the weather!), the breakfasts......as I was travelling as a single middle-aged woman, I felt very comfortable there. It was an excellent location for a short visit to Lugano, near to the station, lake, shops and museums. Nothing at all - for me it was perfect. |

I flooded the bathtub and the receptionist was nice to provide me with a new room. The breakfast was good as well. Receptionist was friendly to help with directions and introduce good spots at lausanne. |
