It was the only option I had, but the location was supposed to be its positive point, but it wasn't The location is dangerous The area is surrounded by night clubs, prostitutes and pickpockets.The Pickpockets are becoming a real threat. Be very careful and don't allow anybody to touch you. They try to make fun with you.

Convenient location, helpful multi-lingual staff, reasonable rates, free WiFi, excellent breakfast. 1. No air-conditioning, which means that in summer one has to leave one's window open and it is very noisy. 2. Very high prices in the restaurant.

Hotel is ok. Compared to other Swiss hotels reasonably priced and good value for money. Neat and clean room and hotel. Good breakfast. Room at the street side gave some noise.

The front desk clerk in the afternoon (guy) was very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the train station was both good and bad. OK breakfast which is included in the rate. Absolute best for me was the free, fast internet. The front desk clerk in the mornings are not pleasant except for the guy in the afternoon so, don't expect too much help from them. The single rooms are very, very, very small so, if you are tall, it is uncomfortable (small bed, small shower). I went in early April so, weather was still quite cool but, on the one day it got warm, the room gets stuffy at night since there is no a/c nor fan and, if you leave the window open, you get all the noise from both the buses as well as prostitutes and their customers.

Excellent location central and close to the Geneva train station Lack of tea/coffee making facilities, also booked a wakeup call which we didnt receive, thus missing breakfast, and on top of that was told I mustn't have booked the call as staff had no record of it. ( I was given a refund for missed breakfast)

Excellent location by the train station, friendly and accommodating staff (helped make dinner reservations for us), extensive breakfast, cosy and quiet room with modern bathroom, wifi included and worked well. Room perhaps a fraction small but would still stay here again.

Clean rooms, fair size room. Good free wifi connection reasonable continental breakfast included Small wardrobe not sufficient for clothes, note I stayed for 20 days in the winter, had to keep some of my clothes in my luggage

I really liked the warm welcome and generally the sense fo swiss hospitality. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I liked the quality of the products in teh bathroom (soap, shampoo etc...) it really made a difference. The furtniture of my modest room is quite outdated, but in fair condition.

I love it, check in at every hotel is always afternoon, I arrive to the hotel at 10:00am after a long non slipping flight and my room was ready, I check in at 10:00, believe it or not, wonderfull! Only about 5 tv channels in English, all of them only News!!! Boring!!!

The location was perfect, the room was rather big and tidy and with all necessary equipment Noise from the street and dusty smoky air didn't let us open the window, and there was no air conditioning in the room.
