It was the only option I had, but the location was supposed to be its positive point, but it wasn't The location is dangerous The area is surrounded by night clubs, prostitutes and pickpockets.The Pickpockets are becoming a real threat. Be very careful and don't allow anybody to touch you. They try to make fun with you.

Very clean, and the triple room didn't feel as cramped as I feared. We heard no noise at all, given the fact that our room faced the train station, and that's great! Some of the receptionists could use a little bit more courtesy, some of them came across as quite rough.

The staff was very helpful and gives us a "citypass", allowing to use public transportation for free. The rooms don't have Air condirioning. Therefore is the temperature is high, it's very hot in the room. And as the area (near the train station) is noisy, it's quite impossiblke to let the windows opened. Windows closed, it's ok as insulation is good...

Our room was a corner room on the 3rd floor, which had a balcony and was quite large. We were very impressed with the quality of the room, the friendliness of the staff and the delicious breakfast. The staff even loaned us their laptop computer to use to check our email for free! Unfortunately, even with the windows closed, the noise from the traffic can make it difficult to sleep. Bring ear plugs and you´ll be fine!

The hotel is less than a minute from the main station. There are plenty of good restaurants near by and is only a short walk from the lake and the centre. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to store our luggage after check out in a secure location. Would definitly stay there again.

The location is fantastic! 5 minutes walk from the city centre and less than 1 minute walk to the train station, where you can take a train to the airport. The price is also very reasonable.

We arrived by train,the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station, we were greated by a very efficient receptionist who spoke good english, because we arrived early our room wasnt ready but our bags were secured and we went off into town, the hotel gave us 2 public transport tickets which lasted 2 days which was fantastic. Once back we got our room which was good, clean and good decor. We ate in the hotel and had a good meal. With the window open it was a bit noisy outside with the traffic and people but it is a city hotel next to the railway and bus station. It was convienient for us because there was a regular train to the airport for our flight home the next day. A lot of noise into the night with the traffic and people outside, but close the window and it goes.

we stayed (me and my parents) in this hotel in February 2012. Nevertheless this hotel is 3* hotel the service and atmosphere is like it was 4*! As we came on Sunday there was nothing to do in Geneva (all the shops and even museums were closed) and it was too cold to have a city trip. But when we asked Meggi (at the reception) she adviced us to go by car to Mountreux (the city located in a hour from Geneva by car). We were happy to go there! Its very nice, beautiful and romantic city at the Geneva lake! We are very grateful for all the pieces of advice we got from Meggi! Thank you very much. She also told us about nice french restaurants and interesting places to go in the city! The services at the hotel was very good, the room is comfortable and location is very very good! it takes you 3 mins to go to Mont Blanc bridge and city center! So if you go just to see Geneva for 4-5- days and dont wanna spend a lot its one of the best choice! (wi-fi is free at the hotel :) Viktoria.

Location is very good - it is in the heart of the city. Food and service is acceptable. More expensive in comparison to room size - small room with mini bathrooms, no bathtub and other facilities are less in comparison to the rent.

Wifi connection was good. Breakfast was ok. Location in the center not far away from main sightseeings.Rooms clean. There is no free parking! Parking near hotel costs nearly 50CHF per day or short term parking for 2CHF limited for 1.5hours
