The short walk to the city center and close to the train station and the very helpful staff The choice of breakfast from the buffet, also the hotel did not have free parking |

It is simple, very comfortable, excellently run by most friendly and helpful staff, and the buffet breakfasts are a very special feature. It is close to the centre of the city and very convenient for enjoying the old city, a delightful World Heritage site. |

The staff was nice. It is possible to find easily a place to park the car, close to hotel door. The breakfast is good and healthy. The connection to the internet is too expensive. The bathroom is too small, old fashion, ugly and unconfortable. There is no air conditioned and tthe noise from the train traffic makes difficult to sleep with open window. |

closeness to train station, friendliness of staff, excellent italian restaurant in the neighbourhood the building looks more like a dorm than a hotel (actually it used to be a dorm for nurses being trained nearby), there are noises from the trains. price was rather high for what was offered but maybe this is the case everywhere in this country! |

Je n'y ai passé qu'une seule nuit mais je n'y passerai pas un long séjour. Le personnel est sympathique et le balcon est appréciable. Chambre petite et triste, déco moyenne. Interdiction de fumer même sur le balcon. |

Receptia nu m-a informat, la sosire, ca trebuie sa achit parcarea in zona "albastra" din fata hotelului. Am fost sanctionat cu amenda pentru stationare dupa ora 9.00a.M. in zona sugerata de receptionista in seara sosirii . Receptionista mi-a comunicat ca ea credea ca eu cunosc rugulile municipalitatii privind parcarea in Berna. Ca urmare am platit amenda de 40 chf si in continuare am putut stationa pe acelasi lio albastru dupa achitarea la receptia hotelului a taxei de parcare de zi. Este o lipsa de comunicare din partea receptionerei si un punct negativ pentru hotel. |

Dass zum Frühstück ausschließlich Bio- und DEMETER-Produkte gereicht wurden. Dass die Betreuung überaus freundlich und sehr persönlich war. Ich hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße, welches leider relativ laut war. Man sagte mir, dass bereits Umbau- bzw. Sanierungsmaßnahmen in Planung seien. |
