The food is great. The staff are very helpful The real bad things are: - The terrace is so bad because there is the first floor building blocking the lake view, so you can't see it - The internet was so bad to the level I needed to use my 3g connection with swisscom via a hotspot using my iPhone, which is not a good alternative because the 3g is limited to 2GB per month, and then the speed drops way down

Location was good > nice view of the lake. I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in numerous hotels throughout the world. I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 nights. We were given so many directions and restrictions on day number 1 that it felt more like a army training center rather than a vacation hotel. There were so many " dont's" in the initial info given to us. We paid almost 3k for 4 nights for 2 rooms, yet it seemed that the hotel was on some kind of a budget! You have to keep asking for utilities in the rooms and particularly in the breakfast area. Rooms are tiny with no air conditioning and real thick comforters to make your night sleep quite difficult. May be it was the language barrier, but the hotel staff was too serious and unpleasant!

Quiet room, nice view, good location you can reach interlaken within 20 mins A lot.. 1. There is a guy at reception is totally rude. 2. Breakfast is a joke. 3. Internet is not free of charge as mentioned in hotel page at booking.com 4. No shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel in the rooms. 5. No shops ,restaurants nearby

This a fabulous hotel with friendly and helfull staff. Bed rooms and bath rooms are spacious and well equiped. All rooms have a view of the lake and the mountains opposite and are provided with a table and chairs to catch the morning sun. Food in the restaurant is excellent and the set menu option at F30 for four courses is great value. Weather permiting the restaurant terrace, where breakfast is also served, offers wonderful views of the lake and catches the sun both in the morning and evening. Opposite the hotel, across a quiet road is a grassed area offering swimming in the lake and the hotel can provide sun beds and towels. Interlaken and the rail network to the mountains is only twenty minutes by car and the ferry terminal is a ten minute walk where a boat ride to Interlaken will take just over an hour. This hotel is highly recommended!!

Su ubicación. Enfrente de un lago en un entorno paradisíaco. Dos cosas : En el mes de Octubre, que es cuando yo he estado,se ve que el turismo no existe . en el hotel estábamos sólamente cuatro personas y un día incluso a las 5 de la tarde cuando llegamos nos encontramos con un cartel que decia que estaban ausentes ( los dueños) durante una hora y que si necesitábamos algo llamásemos a cierto telefono. Y laro que necesitábamos !!! las llaves de la habitación.Al fina todo se arregló pero . . . . De todos modos, en los meses de primavera/verano aquello debe de ser una (cara) delicia.

Das Hotel ist ok. Die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang war freundlich und bemüht. Leider hat man uns dass schlechteste Zimmer gegeben. Dunkel und Blick über das Dach des davor liegenden Gebäudes anstelle freiem Blick auf den Thuner See. Keine Differenzierung im Preis, die besseren Zimmer kosten das gleiche. Die Freundlichkeit des ersten Tages wurde nicht vorgesetzt andere Mitarbeiter wirkten wenig motiviert.

Ein sehr gemütliches Hotel an wunderschöner Lage direkt am Thunersee und mit Blick auf die Berge. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ist lecker und preiswert. Unser Zimmer war gepflegt und sauber. Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Eine unglaublich professionelle Leistung für das Besitzerehepaar, das erst ein knappes Jahr Hotelerieerfahrung hat! Beeindruckend!

Die Lage und das Angebot sind sehr gut, schöne Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, es dürfte aber nicht sein, dass einige nur mangelhaft Deutsch verstehen und sprechen.

De lokatie is absoluut top en wat een leuk hotel, qua gebouw en de ligging. Goed verzorgd. Het klopte allemaal, zowel voor binnen als buiten. Personeel aardig en niets was teveel. We hadden halfpension, eenvoudig, maar we met smaak bereid. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw spraken nog niet zo goed Duits, wat de communicatie wat moeilijker maakte, maar ze werkten er hard aan.

Отель очень красивый, великолепные номера и ванные комнаты Вежливый и заботливый персонал. Везде чисто. Особенно порадовал ресторан. Кухня просто изумительная. Все очень свежее. Рыба готовится очень профессионально. Повар ресторана отлично выполняет свою работу. Приятно удивили цены. Оптимальный вариант цены и качества. Обязательно приеду на более долгое время. Уезжать не хотелось. Спасибо огромное всем сотрудникам этой самой швейцарской гостинице!!!!

очень хорошее месторасположение, прерасные виды, возможность отдыха на озере, оборудованные спуски в воду. дружелюбный персонал и хозяева отеля. персонал говорит на английском, немецком и русском языке. есть ресторан, вкусная еда и адекватное соотношение цена-качество. чистые и достаточно просторные номера с видами на озеро. перебоев с водой замечено не было. собственная парковка. выдается карточка гостя, которая предоставляет скидки на некоторые туристические услуги
