Bare bones is pretty accurate to describe this place. In my room, there was no place to put a hand towel except over my suitcase, nothing to sit on other than the bed, no drinking glass (even a cheap paper one), one bed headstrap was broken, the only place to get any WiFi connection at all was standing in front of the nightclub door (moving inches away from that lost the connection), and my converter got stuck in the outlet. It took 2 days and finally threats before someone was able to show up with a pair of pliers (which removed the converter easily in about 2 seconds - literally). Had not requested breakfast ahead of time, but when we asked we were told they were full and likely would not have enough. Saw it later, and it was okay, but nothing spectacular, and expensive at 15 CHF. We were given another suggestion which worked out extremely well for us. Also, when the nightclub is in full swing, it is very noisy (and our room was not particularly close to it); it kept me awake until after 3 am.
The staff person was very friendly and helpful and tried to make out stay pleasant. The room was very clean and neat, but very sparse. Location was okay.
