Good and quiet location, normal breakfast, spacious room. Tehre is an elevator in the hotel. It was rather warm in the room (in winter). There are some restaurants near the hotel. Staff is friendly. Only 6 stations from the railway station till the hotel. A good variant for such amount.

Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable room. The location is a little out of town but very easy to get to on the tram, and only about 20 minutes if you want to walk. Situated in a great neighborhood that we were glad to get to know also.

Access to central Bern via tram. Beautiful Rosengarten accessible by foot minutes from hotel. Mr. Andreas Balz was most helpful in providing directions for transportation by tram and on foot, set out walking itineraries for me. Excellent breakfast, clean and efficient room.

отель тянет на 2 звезды. о том, что отель закрыт после 20.00 на ключ надо предупреждать заранее. мы приехали в 12 ноч стучали до 2 ночи, звонили, промокли под дождем. но нам так никто и не открыл. хотя писали 2 письма в отель о том, что будем поздно. конкретное время указать не могли так как ехали на машине. в итоге нам открыл хозяин, в очень грубой форме ругался, кричал, что он хочет спать.что нам надо было приезжать до 20 00. о том, что мы предупреждали о позднем заезде его даже не волновало. "ваши проблемы"-орал он. предлагал спать на улице. конечно вариант, за отель же мы заплатили уже. отдых был испорчен. мы проехали 10 гостиниц и приезжали и в более позднее время и всегда нас встречал приветлвый персоонал. завтрак отвратительный. мюсли, пакетированный сок, булочки, которых не хватило даже уже нам, а мы были третьими. лучьше бы и не позорились.

Ho trovato una buona tariffa, visti I prezzi di Berna. Abbastanza vicino al centro storico, ben servito dal tram con attese di pochi minuti. Zona molto tranquilla e park gratuito a disposizione dei clienti hotel. Alla reception per la maggior parte del tempo non c'è nessuno. Ma non è un problema!

Gute Lage, sehr freundlicher Empfang, ruhig, saubere Zimmer. Frühstücksraum eher zweckmäßig, der Name "Jardim" lässt an etwas anders denken. Man hört im Zimmer den Lauf der Kugel der Kegelbahn im Untergeschoss, aber nicht zur Nacht-Schlafenszeit.Bei diesem Preis würde man eine höherwertigere Ausstattung der Zimmer erwarten. Wlan zu teuer.
