市内中心部からは少し遠い。トラムを使えば問題がない。料金が高い割りにアメニティがなく、シャワーしかな- かった。スタッフは親切。 |

The room was clean and roomy with plush towels and face cloths in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was healthy and varied. The concierges were extremely helpful and cordial. I had asked for a quiet room. There was very little noise from the outside but we were put in a room on the first floor over the front entrance. A delivery was made under our window every morning at 6:00 and there was elevator noise and walking in the basement at that hour as well. We also had a choir rehearsing one night in addition to the bowling in the basement. |

It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were a good size. Breakfast was very good. It was far from the center of Bern and train station. Very inconvenient to take the tram with luggage to hotel. It was also inconvenient after spending a whole day touring the countryside by train. |

(1) Spacious room with three big windows (room37); (2) Very good location: 2 min walk from the tram station and 5 min drive to the city autoroute exits; (3) Reserved guest parking; (4) Very helpful reception staff (owners) (1) 30 stairs from street level to reception; (2) Although the bathrooms and windows are new, the room's furnishing could also be helped by some reneovation too. |

Good sized room Using the goods lift to reception,internet not operating as offered, staff not knowing how to work it,asked us to wait 2 hours after check out till manager came on duty, unrealistiic idea of patron's requirements. Plumbing in bathroom = 3rd world country. How about tea & coffee making facilities in room, as in Australia. |

Das Hotel Jardin ist ein ruhiges Haus, dass eine gute Lauflage zur Altstadt hat und auch ander POI lassen sich gut erlaufen. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch, was angesprochen wurde und daraufhin Besserung in Aussicht gestellt wurde. Nicht alle Mitarbeiterinnen waren so freundlich wie erwartet, im Zimmer fehlte ein Getränkeangebot. Sollte sich das Frühstücksangebot verbessern, würde ich das Hotel weiterempfehlen. |

离公交线路近，边上有COOP和MIGRO两大超市，免费停车 酒店规模很小，家族管理；登记处在二楼，一楼上去没有电梯，行李需要爬楼梯上去，很不方便；设施简陋，类似- 于国内如家的水平；早餐太过简单；总之这家是我们再瑞士8天住的最差的酒店，价格却不低，不推荐！ |

Staff molto cordiale e preparato per dare buoni consigli sulla visita in città. Camere ampie e ben fornite. Abbastanza vicino al centro. Tranquillo con parco di fronte. La colazione era un po' essenziale. L'ascensore non arriva al piano terreno, si ferma al primo piano. |

Ho trovato l'hotel confortevole per una famiglia di quattro persone, con mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze che permettevano di raggiungere in breve tempo il centro della città. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ha fornito spiegazioni esaurienti sull'hotel e sulla città. La camera era silenziosa e i letti comodi. La colazione non era un granché in quanto si limitava all'essenziale, senza essere particolarmente appetitosa come invece in altri hotel visitati. L'ascensore non arriva al piano terreno per cui occorre portare i bagagli per un piano di scale. |
