All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
The hotel has no à la carte restaurant but recommends booking half-board which provides a 4 course menu from 19:00 until 20:00.
During the winter months guests can benefit from the hotel's bar which is open from 17:00 to 23:00.
For summer guests you can hike or bike on well prepared trails, climb, para-glide, raft, go horseback-riding or just stretch out in the sunshine.
In the winter you can enjoy downhill or cross-country skiing as well as snowboarding, carving, para-gliding, ice-climbing, heli-skiing, winter-hiking, tobogganing.
For the less ambitious there are various well exposed sun terraces.

The staff were very friendly and the location was fantastic, just a 5-10 minute downhill walk from Grindelwald Strain Station. The views from the room of the Eiger were amazing and the rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was included and was plentiful with a good range. |

The proximity of the hotel to everything Grindelwald had to offer was excellent. The views from the Hotel of the Eiger and other mountains across the valley particularly were spectacular. Wish the double bed was double - not made up of two single mattresses in a double bed. |

Magnificent views from the balcony to mountains in the Grindelwald area (if you get the room from the mountain side). Reception staffi was very helpful. Some noise coming from the street and trains that pass the grindelwald station. |

Great view, friendly atmosphere. Good breakfast. For the town, not a bad price. Location in Grindelwald, on the outskirts, is nice if you want to get away from the frenetic main drag without being too far away from it. Decor is a little dated, but that's a minor concern, when the real attraction is out the windows. Time to replace the mattresses in the room we had. |

It was so sweet experience in Switzerland, we thanks very much to excellent staff Nico.... Perfect view of mountain, very fresh air, sweet rooms and keeping smile on face....can not be found even in Turkey! Breakfast is little poor. |

We loved our stay at the Hotel Jungfrau Lodge!!!! Although it was about 15 min walk (with luggage) from the train station, the room was very nice, facing beautiful mountains and great views of Switzerland's nature. The staff was also very nice and friendly. Free internet at the lobby. Breafast was great. |

friendly & helpful english-speaking staff. Nice complimentary breakfast, free internet. Clean room. Short walk to the Grindelwald Train station. Overall, a very good deal! a little bit difficult to locate this hotel / lodge. We had to ask several people for directions. But once we found it, very easy to take the train into and out of Grindelwald. I would suggest that clear walking directions be given on the hotel advertisement. |

New bathroom in the "Crystal" part of the hotel - very modern. Liked the views and the balcony / terrace. Good parking facility too. Shame that breakfast is across the main road - but does not detract from the whole stay. |

道路の斜め向かいに別館があり、私たちはそこに泊まりました。こちらはどの部屋も山の方を向いているようで- 、アイガーが見えてよかったです。（別館の方は大きな木が視界を少し邪魔してしまいますが・・・） バスタブがあってよかったです。帰りは駅までシャトルを出してくれました。 駅からはやや離れています。（徒歩１０分程度）道は舗装されているのでスーツケースでも楽です。 日本人の団体客もよく利用するようで、ちょうと同じ日に泊まっていました。そのせいか入浴途中にお湯が出な- くなり、翌朝９時すぎまで出ませんでした。 |
