attractive hotel and facilities, excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. small rooms, made the mistake of dining at the hotel - worst food which took hours to deliver (pork was not cooked enough, poor selection of cheese ). |

ski hire/pass in the hotel, short 300m walk to ski lift, outstanding cuisine, outstanding service and facilities, one of the world's best hotels, especially for a ski resort, free shuttle to town (5 mins) safer road crossing to ski lift would be nice |

Наши дети смогли научиться кататься на лыжах. Попался очень хороший частный инструктор. Менеджеры и служащие рисепшн были очень грубы и неграмотны. Без моего согласия хотели заблокировать деньги в сумме, в два раза превышающей сумму проживания в отеле. Не смогли показать документ, на основании которого они уполномочены это сделать. |
