deserved 5 star classification : service is excellent. Breakfast buffet is certainly a reference in choice and quality. this hotel was too big for me: apart from the hotel rooms, it also proposes residences and I can imagine all these people having to queue to access the facilities (reception gave me the impression to be under pressure, although the hotel was by far not complete). Considerating the price of the rooms, I also find exagerated to have to pay for the parking |

excellent location.Very wellcoming . A real trat in a wonderful city. we liked the breakfast which was plenty and special corner for the kids. They have aplayground which is handy for families with young kids as well as having kids club. free shuttle from and to the train station as wellas free passes for the trains. |

attractive hotel and facilities, excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. small rooms, made the mistake of dining at the hotel - worst food which took hours to deliver (pork was not cooked enough, poor selection of cheese ). |

ski hire/pass in the hotel, short 300m walk to ski lift, outstanding cuisine, outstanding service and facilities, one of the world's best hotels, especially for a ski resort, free shuttle to town (5 mins) safer road crossing to ski lift would be nice |

La classe de l'hôtel et de ses équipements (restaurants, spa, casino, oenothèque, ...). L'extraordinaire buffet du petit déjeuner. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, le personnel et surtout la réception ne parle que l'allemand ou l'anglais. |

Sehr schön ist das Design der Badezimmer. Ein weiters Highlight waren die Enoteca und das morgentliche Frühstücksbuffet. Die kleinen Fenster in den Zimmern im 5. Stockwerk. |

prachtige kamers met detailaandacht voor de klant (heel wat attributen speciaal voor onze baby klaar gelegd), heerlijk ontbijt, mooi binnenzwembad ligging is niet bijster goed vermits toch enigzins verwijderd van centrum en de weg er naartoe niet bepaald "bewandelbaar" is vermits drukke weg + alle verhardingen rond het hotel zijn aangelegd in kil aandoend asfalt en het weinige groen rond het hotel is ook niet onderhouden |

disponibilità, cortesia dello staff, alto livello dei servizi, buona cucina, eccellente, per varietà e quantità la prima colazione mancanza del bide' nel bagno (peraltro bello, raffinato ed estremamente funzionale); poco personale che comprende e parla l'italiano (a pochi chilometri dal confine e nella svizzera italiana); costo delle bevande (e dei vini in particolare) troppo elevato; caffè espresso e cappuccino non all'altezza di tutto il resto |

Hotel met een uitstekende combinatie tussen gastvrijheid en professionalisme.Zeer aangenaam verblijf met schitterend restaurant.(s) Het incasseren van de bestelling op de dag van het vertrek(special order) zou best nog eens extra gemeld worden aan de reiziger.De kindvriendelijkheid valt te apprecieren maar kan s'avonds in het resto omwille van te onverantwoorde ouders de sfeer danig verpesten. |

La posizione e la struttura sono davvero stupefacenti. Peccato che gli addetti alla portineria non parlino e non facciano nulla per comunicare in italiano. Ci siamo trovati con le chiavi della stanza tra le mani senza nessuna spiegazione. |
