Pure luxury.

window seals are not airtight and heating tubes make noises, so earplugs are recommended for sleeping.

Super friendly staff, excellent concierge, clean rooms, luxury facilities, amazing views from the room, good location close to cable car, dining/food is of the best in Switzerland, availability of babysitting services, easy an fast check in and check out. Highly recommended 5 star hotel

Nothing of note

The best hotel during my stays in Switzerland. The warmest hospitality from the staffs. Best facilities offered in hotel. And truly luxury.

1) Very professional and nice staff at reception and concierge. Andree was one of the best staff whom we dealt with. 2) Very flexible. They opened the Kids club for me after its closing hours just because my kid insisted to go there. 3) My kid had a bad bike accident near to the hotel. The hotel was very professional. a BMW was sent to us, taking us to hospital. Then taking us again to another hospital, and then returning us back to the hotel. All of this was free of charge. Next day, they sent a card to my son with a gift and chocolate wishing him to recover soon. 4) The room was amazing , with a very nice view and nice bathroom. 5) The room is cleaned twice a day 6) Very good breakfast. Although some times we arrive late to the restaurant, they never rejected us. 7) Very good concierge services. Overall, I loved the hotel. This was one of the best experiences i have ever had in my life.

The price was a bit high

The hotel is a beautiful building and is well equipped and finished. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was great. The staff were very good, very polite and helpful.

There was only one restaurant open out of three and the choice of food was very limited and for the expensive cost very disappointing. The hotel is also not well located as its out of the town centre and has no view of the lake.

We have had a lovely stay at Kempinski Grand Hotel Des Bains, St. Moritz. It is one of the cosiest and luxury hotels in the world one must admit. It is grand to the location as city is small. Great spa. Great metal-covered (!) pool. Great rooms. Great amentities. Great positioning just nearby lake St. Morits and a funicular. Great views. Great quick service. Great bar and food. Great breakfast. Swiss attention to detail. St. Moritz is a great place to visit. Sportive population so you get switched into this culture straight away. Highly recommend in any season (summer and winter).

Nothing - everything was just perfect.

Hotel Kempinski fully satisfied my expectations.

I was very dissapointed at the pool. Children were jumping in the water and spraying water all around. When I complained that to the pool staff they needed half an hour to come and see the situation. The next day was the same. I understand that parents should educate their children, but if no so, hotel mamagement should tell the parents that jumping and making noise , etc. is not allowed in the pool.

Sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Meine Mutter wurde auch zum runden Geburtstag mit einer ganz besonderen Süßigkeit überrascht. Hat uns sehr gefreut!!

O atendimento foi muito ruim, na primeira noite nao nos foi informado que poderiamos jantar mais tarde, mesmo tendo meia pensao inclusa e perdemos um jantar de 200 pela indiferencao do atendimento do check que foi incapaz de localizar em nossa reserva a servico de meia pensao

A piscina aquecida não estava tão aquecida

die Zimmer waren schön, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Spa war mit den Saunas und Dampfbad sehr gut.

Der Service im Restaurant war sehr schlecht. Wir mussten nach Brot fragen, selber Wein einschenken und sassen 10 Minuten vor dem nicht abgeräumten Tisch. Ich musste mich selber darum bemühen den Kellner zu finden und ihn bitten endlich den Tisch abzuräumen. Auch die horrenden Preise des Angebots sind in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt.Die Qualität der Speisen war höchstens mittelmässig. So was ist in einem 5 Sterne Hotel nicht akzeptabel.

den Mitarbeitenden fehlt die herzlichkeit, le feu sacre, sie sind steif und unnatürlich (rezeption und bar) uns spulen ihre sprüchlein ohne emotionen runter

un peu excentré du centre de St Moritz mais on peut accéder au centre en 30minutes à pied

herşey isviçreye göre bile pahalı... konum olarak şehir oteli gibi kayak için tekrar yola çıkmanız gerekiyor

Tolles Frühstücksbüffet, schöne Bar, schöner Wellnessbereich, leider fehlt Sprudel/Thermalbad im Aussenberrich auch im Winter.

Sehr teure Bergbahnen, auch bei Teilschliessung wg Wind keine Reduktionen.
