Kings Parc Hôtel  

The hotel closed and I got upgraded to a suite in the nevai hotel next door. Fabulous!

I booked this so long ago via booking dot com with the '1 room left' threat that I didn't even really check location, amenities or much. Melanie deserves a raise for her super help and welcoming, smiley personality. Marta was incredibly caring and helpful too when my friend sustained an injury (doctor's office right next door!). I appreciated all of the quick communication via email before arriving as well. All of the shuttle drivers such as Tom really helped make the trip - going out of their way to shuttle us to Medran (main lift), help return our equipment early, etc. A genuine and sincere thank you to all! Our 'junior suite' was just perfect - one room with a couch and chair, telly, etc. and the other a spacious bedroom. Loved our private balcony with great views. Most comfy bed & bedding I've ever slept in, in a hotel! Would definitely stay here again if skiing in Verbier.

Lamps and wall scones + curtain rail need repair but room was clean and large.

No Hot Tub or Exercise Facilities

Such friendly and helpful staff. Receptionists always happy to help. The drivers were brilliant and always available within 5 mins. They had beautiful cosy clean rooms with great views of the mountains. We would definitely come back.

Location is great and staff very nice.

No spa at all, and no way to use the neighbor partner hotel's facilities for hot tub or sauna - this would have been a nice touch

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the main ski area, and 1 min walk from the center of Verbier. Nice room, friendly hotel staff, parking is available for guest, and we had no problem to park our car during the hottest season - 28.Dec-06.Jan. Everything you need on your ski vacation is in 5 min walk max.

There is night club in 10 meters from the hotel, right in front of our windows. = No chance to sleep till 4 am.

Fantastic staff. Good sized rooms. Great location right in town. Shuttle to and from ski lifts.

Nothing but positive things to say.

The staff were excellent, really helpful. They gave lifts to ski lifts and helped with online check in. Friendly and knowledgable about local buses and trains.

I wish the bars was open but I think it was abit early in the season.

It was in a calm location

SPA at the nevai was poor; no restaurant and breakfast possibilities in summer

The staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them, especially Annie and Francesca in reception, and the drivers Tom and Mat who were always more than happy to drive you where ever you needed to go in town. The beds are very comfortable for a good night's sleep. They laid on a trolley with hot drinks and bakeries in the afternoons when guests returned from skiing, in the lobby, next to the fireplace, which was very welcome.

The breakfast selection and service could be improved. More selection in continental food, cheeses, cold cuts, fruits etc. Some tables wobbly. The wifi did not work in the room, so had to go down to the lobby to use. The two bedroom suite only had one bathroom.

Beliggenheten helt perfekt. Hadde transport til heisen om morgenen og kom og hentet der vi avsluttet dagen.

была полноценная четвтерга, но в 13 - году готовится к реконструкции, как результат половину сервисов не работает - сауна, ресторан. очень скудный завтрак - так ни разу и не сходили аже - посмотрев на него

Accueil chaleureux, proximite du centre et des pistes, comfort de la suite, tres bel etablissement, tres bon petit dejeuner

Service/Equipement defaillant, hotel pas facile a trouver dans une toute petite impasse, pas de lit double mais 2 lits simples et c'est comme ca dans toutes ls chambres!!!

The German manager was excellent. Friendly and helpful.However, during our stay there were very few staff around and apart from breakfast the restaurant was not open. Obviously during the summer season in Verbier (apart from the music festivel) not many staff are needed.

The hotel, although scrupulously clean, was badly in need of updating and so didn't justify what they were charging for the low season.

La posizione, lo staff

E' un aparthotel e quindi poco presidiato. Il ristorante era chiuso anche se si poteva usufruire della struttura collegata Hotel Nevai, di ottimo livello. Il collegamento wi-fi funziona solo nella lobby e non nelle camere

L'emplacement idéal au centre de la station, et au calme. L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. La suite familiale qui est agréable et de bonne dimension.

L'état général un peu désuet de l'hôtel. Mais si cela permet de garder des tarifs raisonnables pour un 4 étoiles, on pardonne.
