Well maintained comfortable rooms; kitchenette in triple room was very nice; location is quite good - walking distance from train station and the lake. Breakfast was not included; very expensive; no restaurant in the hotel; view from the room is that of city street and other buildings |

The hotel was absolutely superb in every way. Reception was great. The lobby was a combination of traditional and contemporary. The room was superb--very nicely appointed. Out of the many many hotels I have stayed at in Geneva, this one is the best for the value. It's a 4.5-star hotel with a 3-star price. |

Very nice rooms and nice hotel in general; modern and nicely decorated. There seems to be a small red light district close to the hotel, however, also families seem to live in this area. I felt safe. |

First of all, this hotel has an excellent staff - friendly, welcoming and courteous. We felt like at home right away. We also appreciated the central location, the quiet rooms, the elegant design and the great maintenance. The breakfast was a delight. We tremendously enjoyed the weekend. |

Very close to train station and an easy walk to Lake Geneva The third bed was a pull out couch. Not the best for an adult o.k for a small child. |

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very pleasant to stay in. All very good considering one of the cheaper places to stay in Geneva. Location is well placed near the station and not far from tram services. You also get a travel card which is just perfect for getting round the place. Breakfast not included in the price. Also wasn't structly a double bed we slept in as two duvets were on the bed. The area the hotel is in may not appeal to everybody. No lake views if that is what you want and possibly not far from red light district. |

Room is spacious, and nicely equipped. Hotel is newly renovated and very easy to explore the city. The hotel seems to be located in a neighborhood close to red light district. |

Everything, especially remarkable: WIFI for free, public transport in Geneva for free, extraordinary design and quality for a 3-star-city-hotel. Duvet in the double room too small for two people. Ask for a second one... |

Most agreable staff ever, very nice rooms. Unfortunately they decided to start cleaning and used the vacuum cleaner at 9am (saturday morning). |
