This has been one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, if not the best! The location is good, very near the central train station and just a 5-10 minute walk from the lake. The staff were great! The hotel is very nice and up to date and the suite is very spacious. When I go back to Geneva I'm sure I will return to this hotel. It's classified as a 3* but I would give it a 4*. Ah! And free Wi-Fi! Just one incident, not that important, but one morning very early, despite having the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door and locked from the inside, the maid came in and turned on all the lights and woke us up....I Found it funny actually, maybe someone was being funny and changed the sign around to 'clean room'. Everything was great though! |

Preciosa decoración. Habitación muy completa y lujosa.Parking en el hotel ( no hay otra posibilidad). Muy cerca del lago ( cinco minutos andando) Buffet del desayuno normalito y con muy poco espacio. |

Lovely decor, great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Charging 40chf per day to use the tea making facilities is ridiculous. Website stated we could use Hammam and fitness facilities of a neighbouring hotel, this was not the case. |

Nice decoration, indeed Kipling style; very nice staff, helpful and ready to answer any question. Overall, nice modest size city hotel Noisy part of the town, impossible to sleep with windows open (streetside) |

The warmth of the welcome. The helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism of the reception staff. And the fact that I was given a room with a very large roof terrace. The shower was a bit small. |

room is very sweat, feel warmer. location is also good neer to station. , friendly staff. if too many people use wireless at the same time, you may failed to connect internet. because there is no enough IP address. so after 1-2 hour someone left then I can connect to internet. or you need to use their PC in lobby. |

It's easy to be excellent when every member of the staff really wants serve and can do it! It means that all employees of the hotel have a great attitude in service, cleaning and breakfast. The rooms and the whole interior are beautiful and pleasant. Thanks a lot! |

The use of the computer services, the free travel passes were a good idea and all the city maps and tram maps were heplful I thought the 40 CH per day to use the kitchen (kettle / microwave) etc in the room, should be included in the cost of the room. 40 CH to make a coffee or cup of tea is a rip-off. |

The reception staff were very helpful and we were even able to check in at 11am! The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk from the lake. The hotel was clean and really well presented. It was great to have the travel passes during our stay in Geneva as this saved us alot of money - we did not get these when we travelled on to Zurich! I would have liked breakfast to have been included in the price per night, as this adds quite a bit extra onto the price. |

The Kipling Manotel was fabulous. The staff were the amazing, extremely helpful and very welcoming. The room was lovely too. The bathroom was very spacious, and the room was much larger than the other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland. The location was excellent, only a few mins walk from the lake and the train station. |

Very nice hotel, well equipped rooms. According to room features executive rooms have a furnished terrace, but only rooms on 5th floor actually have. |

The rooms were very nice and airy and were spotless clean. The breakfast was very expensive and not worth the price poor enough variety. Area did,nt look great but it turned out ok. |
