Location was very nice close to main train and bus stations and 3 min. to main street and 10 min to the lake. They have parking facility but little bit small.

Breakfast was not good

It was reasonably well situated to be able to walk around the central City and lake and good access to local busses. Very nice decor.

An additional payment equivalent to the room rate was debited to our credit card account three days after leaving the hotel which we are attempting to resolve through our bank. Early morning noise from the local rubbish trucks was intrusive to our room which faced the street on the third floor.

The staff were extremely helpful, the finish of the hotel was to a high standard, and business the centre was very well equipped with computer, printer etc

The location is fine entering from Rue De Lausanne but I would not recommend walking down Rue De La Navigation much past the hotel at night, but you can get everywhere without walking down del la Navigation so in my opinion this is not an issue

Kipling Manotel is a very good hotel.Very clean and good organised. For me it is a 4* hotel.I Would go back there.

There was no bar where you could hang on. No restaurant!

The staff were exceptional

This hotel is more than its 3star rating. Its like a 4star. Clean, comfortable room, impecable bathroom. The staff is excellent, we asked for diner reservation in close by restaurants and they called each restaurant giving us many choices Very well informed. I had the flu and they were more than helpful providing whatever we needed. The room was delightful, very nice decor, big comfortable bed with great linen. Honestly amazing value for money. It is rarely that a hotel exceeds your expectations. I am glad we made that choice and definitely would stay ther again. Also really close by to the main station, 3 minute walk!

Small comfortable rooms, good location, powerful hairdrier

An excellent hotel in all ways. The staff went out of their way to help us out, and were friendly and courteous. The room was modern, clean, quiet, and roomy. The hotel is very close to the train station and a quick walk to the center of town. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Good location, clean and comfort room..really value for money.
