Location was good...markets were nearby..quite neighbourhood...neat & clean Attitude of the front desk was pathetic...she was very rude and a total put off..and you must have universal adaptors so that people from all countries are able to work their gadgets..laptops in your rooms.. |

This place is close to the airport and a bargain. My advice: go for it. Most complaints are true: front desk checks out early, charges your booking credit card by default without asking, no soap and no breakfast. Still.. go for it. This place is near the airport, clean, and a great price. |

Relatively inexpensive price, making it a good bargain for the money. The hotel also was located very close the airport, making it attractive for those who need to go to airport. No hotel staff was available, and office was closed, when we arrived at 9 pm. There was no instruction on where to park. There was no staff in office at 7 am in morning, and we (3 of us) were unable to pay our bill individually. Instead, all three rooms were charged to one credit card, making reimbursement from our home organizations more difficult. Also, there was no soap in bathrooms. |

The apartment was very clean. The location is good - it's only down the street to the Kloten s-bahn (metro) station. When you come out of the front door of the building, turn left and walk all the way up the street, which curves to the left a little. Then when you see a roundabout, look to the slight-right, there is a street that goes straight to the Kloten metro station. I think the biggest negative point was the service at this place. The staff was cold and seemed annoyed to answer questions. They seemed eager to take my credit card and charge me for the room, but acted like they were too busy to answer any of my questions about how to get around town, how much public transit costs, and where the bus stop was. |

Close to our venue. My room was obviously used by a smoker and this made my stay difficult due to the odor. A lack of staff on site. No telephone. |

The location , closeness to the airport, is very convenient. If you have an early morning flight, this is the place to be. The room is quite small, very clean, bed was good. Quiet. They have a fully equipped kitchenette , fridge etc if you feel like cooking or want to stay there longer time. I think it was well worth the money. I only stayed one night, arrived late and left early in the morning, so it was everything I needed. The reception is occupied until 9.00 pm and probably starting 8.00 am in the morning, so you are pretty much on your own. If you arrive after 9.00 pm , your room key is posted in an envelope at the reception door. |

Maid service is weekly instead of daily, a great plus from my perspective. A frig and microwave. The most comfortable bed ever (better than mine at home, even). The close proximity to transportation (train & air) and to shopping (Kloten & airport, 15 min by train to Zurich hb). |

Outstanding value for the money. Fully-equipped & high-quality mini-apartment with VERY comfortable bed and fine bedding. Very safe & quiet. 3-minute walk to shopping and airport bus and 6-minute walk to train. Free wi-fi internet! Free laundry machines! Frig, stove, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes, utensils, cups, glasses, pots, etc. Iron & ironing board and hair dryer. Only that I didn't discover it four years ago, when it was first opened. |

location, very close to airport the route description from booking.com was not correct, it started not from airport <(like I indicated) but some place in middle of nowhere.there was no one at reception, I found the key at the entrance of hotel. |

La chambre spacieuse et belle (une peinture de grande dimension au mur), le Wi-Fi, la petite cuisine, l'armoire avec fer à repasser, le personnel sympathique (quand il est là). Lors de mon arrivée (20h30), il n'y avait plus de personnel à l'hôtel, j'ai dû me débrouiller pour trouver comment rentrer dans ma chambre. C'est un peu déconcertant quand on ne s'y attend pas. Dans la salle de bains, on ne peut pas éteindre la climatisation très bruyante (une espèce de boite de ventilation). Si l'on veut prendre un bain pour se détendre et se relaxer, il faut éteindre la lumière de la salle de bain... Sinon la chambre était un peu bruyante (bruit des avions, mais je m'y attendais + restaurant en dessous de ma chambre). |

è facile da raggiungere, dispone di posto auto, le stanze sono spaziose e la cucinetta è comoda per uno spuntino o una colazione personalizzata Avevo letto sui commenti su internet che al mio arrivo non avrei trovato nessuno a consegnarmi le chiavi, per cui lo sapevo, ma sarebbe bene che l'hotel lo indicasse, nella descrizione o nella prenotazione. |
