Not even the price makes a good reason to book this hotel! Only if you really really cannot afford 10-20chf more per night in another hotel.

The room facilities were cheap enough, but was as expected for this price. The rating from booking.com at 7.9 and the price were the reasons that we chose this hotel. However; the room was dirty and smelled awfully when we checked in. When we asked for another room, they said they were full (didn't beleive them)! We stayed for 7 nights and by the 5th day no one had come to clean the room, change towels and sheets! Only when we demanded to clean our room they did so! That is one housekeeping visit in one week. The room also had quite a variety of bugs! One small soap and a 30ml all in one shampoo for the whole week were available. So we had to buy cleaning soap, hand liquid soap, dishwashing soap, and paper towels. We had to clean the room ourselves but without a mop and bucket you can imagine how the floor was! Plus the bugs! After house keeping on the 6th day the room was half clean half dirty, but we were not optimistic at that point! To end this review I must say that we regreted so much that we didn't spend 10-20 chf more per night at another hotel. Even if they offered free booking I would not stay in this hotel again! After visiting many hotels cause of my business which requires a lot of travelling I am 100% sure this one was the worse ever!

It's close to airport, we've staid only for one night and it was perfect. we arrived before check-in time, and girl on reception was so kind and gave us key for room. It's very clean and for short stay the best

Shower head could not be affixed to the rail on which it should ride. Had to use hand washer, only.

Minutes walk/ bike to the airport terminal and its shoppingcentre. Immediate motorway junctions only hundred meters ayay, 200m walking from kloten station. Excellent value thai/asian/european restaurants, supermarkets available

The price is definitely reasonable in Zurich, very good value for money. Just 65chf per night while a bathroom-shared double room in center zurich costs you 70chf. Room is clean and has a well-equiped kitchen. Automatic check-in there is pretty convenient. Location is good, easy to reach airport to take tram or train to anywhere in Zurich

It is close to the airport and it is family friendly.

I got there on a Saturday night. I was not told that they do not work weekends. I was told that I will pay with Swiss money when I get to the apartment, as a result changed some money to pay, only to get there and there was no staff on sight. They had taken their money from my card which was not the agreement. I had to change my money back to euro, thereby making me loose money. I lost close to 20 euro. I did not have access to the internet. I called their number that I needed help. The person that answered the call told me she will be with me in 5 minutes, but no one turned up. That is not a good reputation, I must say.

Difficult to get reception staff on a Sunday

It was very close to the airport. I was in-transit so I needed something close to the airport. Its actually about 20-30 min walk from the airport.

The instructions left in the handbook about the bus schedules. It only stated the distance of bus stops that take you to the airport but not specific instructions on where the stops are, what the bus running schedules are, and the cost of bus fares to airport. I left the apartment at 6am and there were no signs of buses or taxi. I had to walk. No phone available in the rooms to call for taxi--also needed as there is no 24hr reception or a phone outside reception should be placed for taxi calls and also for instructions on getting your key card. The instructions on how to get your key card once reception closes at 4pm were not clear--something should be posted on the door.

close to the airport and a train station that takes you straight into the city. Very clean and tidy, and really cheap. A great budget motel.

The bed was clean and comfortable and I slept great.

No one at the front desk during weekends. Transportation from airport was not clear and no shuttle. I had to take a taxi for 15 franks (for less than a mile). The bus is actually free, I took it on the way back. Just need to add to the website directions from airport.

Everything is just perfect. Good value for the money. The facilities provided in the room are nice and practical. There's a free wifi, fridge, microwave, ceramic kitchen and stove, cutleries, pans for cooking comfortable beds and clean/white towels. The staff member at the counter is very accommodating too.

The room was however smelly when we took over because some curry was probably cooked and it stayed the days we're there. An air freshener would help. We just bought ours and no big deal about it.

For my business purposes the location was good. The small kitchen was useful.

The bed was too hard. The pillow was too hard. The water facet in the kitchen was leaking. The toilet was very small.

As advertised with no problems encountererd.
