Lovely team of staff, reception and breakfast in particular. Great selection of food for breakfast and all very tasty/fresh - The quiet elegance of the room very soothing. Loved our room (4/12), spacious, good comfortable and excellent lighting in the bathroom with magnified mirror (much appreciated). Will certainly come back to try restaurant when it is open again and also the outside by river space in better weather.

The view of the historical scenery on the other side of the river is breathtaking - be it from the restaurant or the terrace overlooking the lively river promenade. You will get the mobility ticket for free use of all public transport in town during your stay. The Krafft is a classical building with a famous past. For example Hermann Hesse used to stay here writing most of its well-known novel “Der Steppenwolf”. Your hotel booking confirmation is also the ticket for the public transfer from the airport or train station to the hotel. Hotel guests are entitled to a 25% discount at the Rebgasse public car park.
