The nice asian lady (Une?) at the reception as we entered. Was a fantastic introduction, she was excited to see us and knew who we were almost straight away. We wrote in the comments we would like a room with a nice view because it was our honeymoon. Well upon our arrival the Manager came down and upgraded us to the honeymoon room at no cost, without any request. We felt like royalty and were sad to leave.

The breakfast staff on both days were quite miserable and despite us coming down only 20 mins before breakfast finished, we had little choice on day 1 for breakfast, as nothing was left and they clearly werent going to put more out. The second day we came down much earlier, but were disappointed for the people cominng down from 9.30-9.40am as it was clear they too were going to miss out.

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Great location. We got an upgrade to our room and it was fantastic. Food was lovely and, for Switzerland, it was reasonably priced. We arrived early and the staff were very helpful by taking our bags for us and assisting us with directions so that we could have a look around whilst they got our room ready.

This hotel was very clean, upscale, well run, and centrally located in order to take excusions from Interlaken. The only think that took away from the hotel was the fact that it is on the tourist strip itself, however that was quickly remedied with a few minute walk. This hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the West train station though which came in very handy.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who does not mind staying in the thick of the tourist area. But like I said, you can walk to the old towne and river within minutes for a more cultural experience.

The front desk staff was the best we found in Switzerland. Their command of English was excellent and they were willing and able to talk about things, look up weather forecasts on the Internet, etc.

It was very warm and the "air conditioning" that they tout did not work the way Americans expect it to. The noise from outside was enough to keep us from sleeping. I would only recommend this place if the rooms were not on the front of the hotel.

Contemporary renovation of interiors is very attractive, and free hi-speed internet in room was much appreciated. Location in the center of tourist area near Interlaken West rail station ideal jumping off point for mountain excursions. Spacious 3rd floor room with view of mountains was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast excellent. Lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Front desk staff was friendly and most helpful in answering questions about area attractions.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station and equipped with maps of the area. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable with nice beds, a safe, tv and was quiet.

Nice and large bathroom, nice room. Railway station in 2 minutes.

Very loud ventillation in the bathroom - I had to close the bathroom door to feel fine in the room. There are too many pillows in the room and the armchair is not really comfortable. The wooden floor is moving under the carpet and I could hear the upper neighbour's moving.

Very good customer service , very help full staff, good breasfast, good location , good for shopping , food, rooms are good.

There was no mini bar and there was no ac if you feeling hot inside so there will be no ac. Rest everything are good.
