Location is excellent as well as the room design, vry cute. Room even provided tea pot & i-pot player!! Breakfast have warm dishes, which is nice! Of cos, staffs are vry helpful with smile all the time ;) will defin. stay again if come bk to switz. (NOT recommended to visit JungFrau, waste of money & time) if really hve to pick on smth, then would be the noise from wooden floor at nite & some noise from outsides if facing street. also, if u wish to go skiing, u need to take train to Grindelwald, whre is closer to skiing area & lift. |

I liked the cleanless of the hotel and the friendly staff which done all their best to please the customers in the hotel. The faciliteis at the hotel could have been better.There was no Gym or anthying else which you could pass your time when you are in the hotel. |

The room was fantastic. Clean, new, spacious, modern and contemporary design. One of the best hotels that i have stayed in. The staffs were kind and friendly. Very few parking places. |

The Front Desk executives Isabelle and Chris were very helpful and cooperative, excellent. Room, bathroom & location were excellent. No refrigerator in the room. One water bottle given only once during the 3N stay. Not much facilities in the hotel, Spa etc. |

The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from the railway station Interlaken West and from the city centre. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was not so great, especially if you arrived towards the end of breakfast time. |

Hospitality of all staff members was excellent. Very welcoming and willing to assist on planning excursions etc. It was very quiet. Good location to train station and interesting shops. bathtupbs are high and difficult to get in for aged persons. |

This hotel was everything we were looking for in a Swiss experience. The rooms were beautiful, well designed as well as cozy with beautiful views. The bathrooms were elegant and well designed. The personnel were extremely helpful and gracious. I can't say enough about how delicious the food was,especially breakfast, what a selection! I can't wait to come back to Switzerland and this is the hotel we would choose again. We loved this hotel! |
