Everything ok, I would stay there next opportunity. Excellent location. But (there is always a 'but') the hotel parking area is too small and they do not control its occupation. So, if you are travelling by car, there is a risk you have to park it outside, somewhere at the reach of anybody else. |

The view: courteousness & helpfulness of the staff; proximity to the "happening places"; the renovated bathroom & decor in the rooms; The room size was small; no fridge; airconditioning was low and not effective on a hot day - their answer to that was to open a window - but that let in a lot of street noises....Lastly breakfast quality and variety could be improved..a lot of things ran out well before the 10am deadline, though were replenished on request... |

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location for exploring Interlaken. High level of service provided by friendly and helpful staff. Not the cheapest hotel but well worth it given the quality you receive. |

great location, nice room and bathroom, great friendly helpful staff that offered many suggestions and arranged bookings, ipod charger in the hotel room clock radio, nice place for a drink and dinner too it was on the expensive side but worth it |

Chris at the front desk was great, very polite and helpful and the rest of the staff also including the young ladys for breakfast but waiters at dinner were not. Food good but took a long time and service was not good |

great staff, very helpful, terrific breakfast, very large rooms by european standards, perfect location on the main street in interlaken street noise could be a problem but with the window closed it was fine, hotel has climate control but NOT air conditioning. Keeps the hotel 4 degrees cooler than the outside temp. |

Its a new hotel, nice decor, very comfortable. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. Good location in Interlaken. Big rooms. The service in the restaurant was slow. Breakfast was decent, but the food isn't properly replenished. Advertised as wireless internet throughout, however wireless is only available in the lobby and wired internet was very slow in the room. No facilities (fitness, etc). |

The hotel is close to Interlaken West train station with 5 mins walk. The room is clean, comfort, big and romance. There are many choices in breakfast comparing with other same class hotel in Switzerland. Free internet access is provided in the room. |

We were on our honeymoon and had stayed in 10 hotels on our trip to Europe and we must say it is the best hotel we have stayed in. The facilities/room was excellent as probably because it is pretty newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. They had a kettle too. =) They had free wireless internet which was lacking in most hotels in Switzerland. |

Excellent accommodations w/ comfortable beds, large bathroom and large shower/tub combo. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet. Needed a second person to handle phone reservations, as customers in the lobby had to wait for assistance. |

Room had Beautiful Design and it's very Comofortable, Staff were amazing and very helpful, lovelybreakfast and nice seat on street, there is gap between ticket prices, i bought Jnfraubahan Ticket from rail station by 94 CHF (Half fare card) were in hotel was 130 CHF with Half Fare card |

The best for the price I paid. The room is a bit small, but is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is modern and pretty good. A lot of varieties in breakfast, even with champagne! |
