Hotel Krebs Interlaken

フロントスタッフの説明がとても親切で分かりやすかった。部屋からの眺めも（あいにくの雨でしたが）多分素- 晴らしいと思います。部屋も改装されていて綺麗にまとめられていて、インターネットも無料で使えた。インタ- ーラーケン西駅からのアクセスも抜群で、徒歩５分くらい。徒歩１０分くらいのところにカジノあり。規模は小- さめ。

こちらでは普通なのかもしれませんが、室内スリッパ、バスロープが完備していれば良かったです。もちろん歯- ブラシは置いてないので、日本から行く人は持っていかなければなりません。

清潔で、景色もよく、とてもいい部屋でした。朝食もおいしく、スタッフも親切でした。

部屋、浴室ともとてもきれいで、年配の両親にも好評でした。室内でLANにも接続でき(無料)、快適でした- 。

部屋に冷蔵庫がついてると良かったと思います。朝食時に、野菜にかけるドレッシング類がありませんでした(- でも言ったら、マヨネーズとケチャップを用意してくれました)。

広くてお洒落で清潔な部屋はとても快適でした。建物はかなり古いと聞いていましたが、昨年リフォームされた- ばかりなので古さは全く感じませんでした。設備も先進的でとてもきれいです。小さなバルコニーがついていて- 、ユングフラウの景色がきれいに眺められます。連れはシングルルームでしたが、壁や床が薄くて音がうるさか- った日もあったと言っていました。でも私達のツインルームでは全く感じませんでした。駅からも近くてお勧め- です。

This hotel was everything we were looking for in a Swiss experience. The rooms were beautiful, well designed as well as cozy with beautiful views. The bathrooms were elegant and well designed. The personnel were extremely helpful and gracious. I can't say enough about how delicious the food was,especially breakfast, what a selection! I can't wait to come back to Switzerland and this is the hotel we would choose again.

Excellent location, breakfast with many choices, free internet, room is clean, modern and tidy. Feel very comfortable than many hotels in europe with similar rates. Highly recommand if you don't want to waste time to make a list selections.

A bit noisy if your room is facing the street but it is acceptable and the view will make you prefer a noisy room.

The nice asian lady (Une?) at the reception as we entered. Was a fantastic introduction, she was excited to see us and knew who we were almost straight away. We wrote in the comments we would like a room with a nice view because it was our honeymoon. Well upon our arrival the Manager came down and upgraded us to the honeymoon room at no cost, without any request. We felt like royalty and were sad to leave.

The breakfast staff on both days were quite miserable and despite us coming down only 20 mins before breakfast finished, we had little choice on day 1 for breakfast, as nothing was left and they clearly werent going to put more out. The second day we came down much earlier, but were disappointed for the people cominng down from 9.30-9.40am as it was clear they too were going to miss out.

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Great location. We got an upgrade to our room and it was fantastic. Food was lovely and, for Switzerland, it was reasonably priced. We arrived early and the staff were very helpful by taking our bags for us and assisting us with directions so that we could have a look around whilst they got our room ready.
