The view The rooms were dated, small and and very basic. No lift to third floor, only to second. More for the senior citizen not suitable for the young or those with a family |

The location is very nice and very quite. I reaklly like it and enjoied the stay. I still have the desire to repeat it. The breakfast is of limited choices. Most opf the staff are friendly, however some other not. I witnessed one of the staff loudly blaming independents for not been equity in the night before.I expect such massage be directed to the family principle in a professional way. |

Ideally located on the lake with a rail station nearby and easy to get to. Very clean and great food!! The walls are not thick and the next room's arguements kept us up for quite a while! |

The staff were more than friendly and the restaurant food was fantastic, breakfast was also done very well and they even cook your eggs to your liking. The staff remembered which language we spoke after our first contact, so there was great ease of communication. The room was a little 70's ish but very clean and comfortable. |

Very friendly staff, comfortable, clean rooms and good, hearty breakfast. The only disappointing thing about the hotel was that it is very close to the railway line and the walls of the rooms are very thin so it was very noisy during the night. You could hear the trains, boom gates and every noise in the rooms next door, including the shower, people talking and the tv. |

Everything on their service. From the reception on check in to the breakfast, the dinner, the check out and even the information on places to visit at interlaken. The Boss, Mr Han and his wife , are very friendly to us the entire visit. He has that refined personal touch and made us felt at home. The lady that served us breakfast, Miss Christine, was very pleasant and polite. Thanks to Hotel Kreuz |

Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Gutes Essen, gutes Frühstück. Freundlciher Empfang und freundliches Personal. Zimmer ok - Betten gut.Alles in allem etwas antiquiert Schönes Restaurant Die Beleuchtung im Bad läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig - zu dunkel. Straße und Bahnlinien gehen zwischen Hotel und See vorbei, was man in der Beschreibung erwähnen sollte. Uns hat es nicht weiter gestört. Zwar gibt es Doppelverglasung, doch wenn man - wie wir - bei offenem Fenster schlafen will, könnte es empflindliche Gäste als störend empfinden. |

Lugar muy bonito con el lago en frente,personal amable y buen servicio. Vía de ferrocarril en frente del hotel y el ruido de los trenes, pero con unos tapones en los oídos se remedia. |

es ist gut gelegen und das essen war sehr gut. ja, das zimmer war sehr staubig, man merkte dass dieses zimmer lange nicht benutzt worden war. in der minibar war das mineral und die toblerone abgelaufen, ( leider habeb wir es erst nach dem verzehr bemerkt) und beim nachtessen wurden wir bis nach dem hauptgang bedient, danach kam niemand mehr um nach kaffe, oder dessert oder sonstigen wünschen zu fragen. |
