Its location close to the lake

The views of the Thunersee lake from the restaurant, although we had a room at the back looking over the village. The restaurant was worth visiting, although pricey.

The rooms were small and cramped. There is no air conditioning and to get any air you need to open the window, which we did. Opening the window meant opening our room for the world to see and for the noise to come in from the street just below which happened until around 3am in the morning. The breakfast food was just ok. We stayed in numerous hotels on our visit to Europe and this one is at the bottom of the places we stayed at.

If you get a room facing the lake, the view is really nice.

The size of the room--it was really small. The room looked and felt very old, with squashed mosquitos on the wall and ceiling. The beds are really short. The worst was the wc, full of stains inside. At the restaurant we requested twice a table outside (once for breakfast), and despite there were obviously places we were told to sit inside. Totally not customer oriented.

The location is perfect, just infront of the lack, but the train is a bit noisy.

The old leady in the resturant was very rude and aggressive. If she has any attitude issue serving peaple, I suggest she do something else in the hotel. Rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice, clean room, fine size with clean and new bathroom. Fine view over the lake.

Unklare Buchung der 2 Beistellbetten.Das Hotel wusste nicht, dass wir 2 Beistellbetten gebucht hatten!

Un bon hôtel d'étape, de qualité soignée. Un accueil attentif et chaleureux nous a été réservé, malgré notre courte halte. Un exemple à suivre pour bien des hôteliers français...

السرير فقط كان مريح

الحمام كان فيه مشكله في التصريف والماء كان يخرج لداخل الغرفه وعند الاتصال بالرسيبشن تم حل المشكله , هناك رائحه داخل الغرفه ويمكن ان يكون السبب الفرش جديد , الفطور سيء للغايه لا يجود خيارات متعدده

ريحة الغرف ليست زكيه ودورات المياه قديمه جدا
