The hotel is located near the train station in the old town part of Bern. So location is the number one asset. We had a great view from our room, plus there is an open air observation deck on the roof that was great. The breakfast was good. Our room was noisy from street noise throughout the night, so we had a disturbed sleep. Otherwise it was a fine stay. |

Good central location, althought in the center of Bern it is quiet. The view from the roof-top terrasse is very nice, and there's a free internet room with 2 PCs + a plug for own laptop + a tea/coffee room (also free), very nice in an expensive city ! Overall a very nice and convinient hotel. No airco in the room and when it's hot outside then it's very hot in the rooms and difficult to sleep. |

very well situated (near shops and train station) in a nice old street (unfortunatelly noisy at night) - clean and nice - free coffee and tea facilities - nice breackfast - nice room - nice and helpfull staff (could leave our bags after checkout and wrote us directions and bus numbers to take on a map). no air conditioning (wich did not afect us too much at this period of the year (april) but noisy street so if your coming in summer ask for a room not facing the street otherwise no problem at all ... |

Excellent location Room wasn't warm enough, was small and wasn't really insulated enough from external noise including other guests slamming doors. Ok if you don't want to spend much time there. |

Very nice breakfast room and selection to eat. They also had other extras like a fooseball table, 24-hour tea/coffee service, free internet access (but no from your room). They also allowed us to leave our bags until our afternoon train. It was an easy walk from the train station. |

The hotel had been recently remodelled and was very clean and nicely appointed. The location was first rate directly in the heart of Bern, a short walk from everything. |

The hotel is nicely situated, and the staff friendly. The noise. not necessarily in the hotel, but the immediate surrounds. think there may have been construction on the go. the rooms are also very warm.. no adequate aircon. |

Good access to the train station and old town including restaurants, bars and shopping. Good breakfast - better than the basic buffet we normally expect in a 3* hotel. There is a lot of noise from the streets below at night with the windows open (there is no air con). It was very warm one night so we slept with the window open but were woken up many times by groups coming from the bars nearby, yelling and singing. With the windows closed it was fine but when the weather is warm, you need the windows open. |

The location is very good. The staff in the reception was friendly and remembered which room we were staying in already from the first encounter. The staff of the restaurant (breakfast) was not very friendly. Also, the room was not ready at the time of check in, and when it was ready, the bathroom was poorly cleaned. |

The location was great. It is reason I chose this hotel. The hotel was undergoing major renovation. Scaffold outside our window, the gym was not available, nor was the rooftop garden. It was said on your website that it was in a quiet part of town. We were keep awake long into the night ( 2:30) by a band fest ----very loud. and on another night there was partying outside very We had to keep windows open because of the heat. We checked out a day early |

Good check in staff, excellent location minutes from Train Station Poor quality of breakfast items, Building work is going on at the hotel which starts at 6am. If I had known before I would not have stayed there on this occasion. When finished I would recommend this hotel. |

Very central in the old town - close to everything and a 10min walk to the train station. Night noise was very loud from the street below. Although the view out our window was very nice, we would opt for a back room next time. |

Sauberes, neu renoviertes, ruhiges Zimmer (nach hinten). Zimmer war sehr klein, mit kleinem Dachfenster; Einrichtung modern, aber spröde, ohne Charme. |

Completely renovated in the spring of 2008, the non-smoking Hotel Goldener Schlüssel ("golden key") is a modern, charming hotel with old town flair. It is Berne's oldest guesthouse. |
The hotel is situated in a quiet location, just a few tram stations from the city centre and has free parking and 2 restaurants. |
Hotel Continental is located in the heart of the old town of Bern. Whether as a city traveler or on a business trip – from the Continental, you can easily get to all important sights and company... |
The tastefully renovated Astoria Swiss Quality Hotel is situated close to the city centre on the Eigerplatz (motorway exit “Bern Forsthaus”). |
