Proximity to wonderful Seeburg park (Bodensee) and to Konstanz, clean room, nice staff, offered us a different room when we complained about limited lake view. Very clean hotel. Interesting design. Walking distance to Konstanz. Basic things were missing, maybe because it's a new hotel: no safe, no minibar, no "do not disturb" sign, no air-conditioning. Also "Lake Side" rooms have very limited view to the Bodensee, because of restaurant and trees blocking it. Plastic floor instead of carpet. No coffee ketlle in the room. Rate does not include breakfast, which is very pricey for what is offered. |

Location is second/alternative to Konstanz. Close to ferry terminal. Brand new 'green' building. air-conditioning: even with the Cantonal regulation, lake water could be able to cool the ventilation system. There should be a better commuting transport system than by foot to Konstanz rail station/town center, esp for non-driver but with luggage. |

Quiet and clean, close to lakeside path to Konstanz. Nice bar. Aroma of plastic in the room, as the hotel is a new build. Breakfast was quite basic for 15CHF. |

The hotel staff was generally very nice. The manager on duty was extremely helpful. The room was very modern, and was comfortable. The location and view were amazing. The hotel was right across from Lake Bodensee, and very close to a really good gym (I think it was called Iron Gym). It was also a short walk to a lot of restaurants etc. I did not like that there was no air conditioning. Also, there was very little storage in the room. When we arrived for breakfast, there were no clean tables. We informed the waitress that we were there for breakfast (hoping she would clean one off for us right away), but that did not happen. She also was not very friendly at first. |

Alles die Mitarbeiterin 1A, sehr freundlich und hielfsbereit,Die Lage super direkt am Hafen, sehr schönes Design nicht weit weg von Restaurats Bars shops ect. Zimmer sehr schön und das Bett sehr gemütlich .Sehr Sauber . alles in einwm ich werde defenitive noch mal da hin gehn. Der Preis war auch gut für 2 nächte 220 Sweizer Franken . |

Das Hotel ist schlicht, modern und unkompliziert. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Velotouren, Spaziergänge und Shopping. Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Einzig die in rohem Beton belassenen Zimmerdecken haben uns etwas gestört. |

Gute Lage direkt gegenüber des Hafens mit angrenzendem Park, der zum verweilen und entspannen einlädt. Lange z.T. Wartezeiten beim Frühstück auf Kaffe/Tee, da diese für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet werden und eine Bedienung bei hoher zeitgleicher Nutzung des Frühstücksangebotes einfach überfordert ist. |
