Very friendly and helpful staff. Our very heavy suitcase was carried up three flights of stairs and then down again the next morning by a very friendly man who then drove us to the train station. What great service!!! The hotel dining room had a comfortable atmosphere with a blend of tourists and local regular customers. The food was very good and was served by pleasant staff. The hotel didn't have an elevator but that didn't matter to us because, as written above, a staff member took our suitcase to and from our room for us.

Nous avons été enchantés de l'atmosphère très convivial de cet hôtel situé au coeur d'une région intéressante pour ses sites historiques, culturels, proches de la nature. La cuisine est variée, équilibrée, avec des produits naturels. Le personnel est très prévenant et tient compte des désirs indiividuels des clients sans rechigner. C'est à la fois familial, détendu et l'intimité est en même temps préservée.

Excellente étape avant de franchir le St Gothard (demander l'autre itinéraire pour franchir les Alpes au patron). Appartement tout confort avec terrasse, merveilleux silence la nuit, vues splendides sur les Alpes. Bons repas et petits déjeuners. Parking privé fermé.

Magnifique route et paysage depuis Andermatt vers Sedrun. Accueil sympathique. En famille, nous avons eu un appartement très spacieux, confortable et propre. Bon petit-déjeuner et personnel agréable. Le prix de la chambre reste élevé mais bon nous sommes en Suisse...

Unterbringung im Haus ii, ist ruhiger gelegen, ein Tiefgaragenplatz gehörte dazu. Für Biker und Durchreisende sicher zu empfehlen. Für den übernachtungspreis haben wir beim Frühstück etwas anderes erwartet! Wir wussten bis jetzt nicht, das Wurstscheiben so dünn geschnitten werden können! Die Auswahl war auch nicht sehr üppig oder wenigstens abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den eingestellten Fotos.

Eenvoudig appartement voor 5 personen. Prima voor een overnachting op doorreis naar Italië. Badkamer is klein en verouderd. Keukentje was wel handig voor koffie en thee en bevat een koelkast. Vanaf de snelweg wat lastig te bereiken door de slingerwegetjes.
