Very difficult to find and it was very old and poorly maintained but clean. Pool and health facilities very nice and apparently newer. Food was sufficient. |

The swimming pool is good. We could relax and enjoy the day. The location and the view is amazing. Especially from the swimming pool. You can go out and see a nice view from Lugano and the lake. The hotel really needs a reform. It's a shame such a nice place be in this conditions. We only stayed 1 day, but I wouldn't recommend if you want to stay more than 1 day and needs comfort. The bedroom isn't so good, the bed, the carpet is old, smelling not so good. It's really a pitty, because the location, the view is amazing. |

Very nicely situated hotel, beatiful surroundings. Wellness area and outdoor pool are very nice. Convenient parking space is limited on busy days. No minibar in the room. |

Wonderful classic resort. Aging gracefully. The views are wonderful and it has a very peaceful atmosphere. Not just another Lugano hotel. Property is not in top shape but is very good quality for the price. |

Kamer was ruim en goed ongericht. Het was schoon en verzorgd. Zwembad was ook goed. Zeer slecht eten wat ook duur was. Weinig keuze met het bestellen van andere producten. Met een kleine kind kan je je verblijf helemaal op je buik schrijven, want ze hebben geen ervaring wat zij moeten serveren voor kleine kinderen. Als je geen menu neemt van de a la carte worden ze snel saggerijnig en dat laten ze op elke manier blijken. |

Das Hotel liegt weiter als wir dachten abseits auf dem Hügel. Dafür war das Zimmer außerordentlich ruhig, der Wellness-Bereich war schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war abgewohnt, aber sauber, daher wirklich in Ordnung. Wunderbarer Ausblick und Umgebung. |
