“ The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations, weather reports, things to do etc. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable and the alpine breakfast was excellent and provided the much required source of energy to tackle the climb up to Bettmerhorn. ”

The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful with restaurant recommendations, weather reports, things to do etc. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable and the alpine breakfast was excellent and provided the much required source of energy to tackle the climb up to Bettmerhorn. overall very happy with the booking

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals v.a. Maria zentrale Lage das riesige Angebot des Frühstücksbuffet kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer Die Alibifrage, ob man die Tücher im Bad nochmals verwenden will. Sie werden IMMER täglich gewechselt.

Schöne, ruhige und saubere Zimmer. Familienfreundlich. Gute Lage zu den Bahnen. Für Essen und Trinken am Abend muss man auswärts gehen.

Propreté irréprochable. Petit déjeuner exemplaire. Grande chambre (double); grande salle de bain; attentions particulières : fruits à disposition dans la chambre, bonbons. Wifi (un peu lent mais gratuit). Si on pouvait être accueilli par quelqu'un parlant un tout petit peu le français, ce serait bien. Si l'on pouvait nous recommander un ou deux restaurants (l'hôtel n'en a pas) autrement que par des critères géographiques ce ne serait pas mal non plus. Ces deux points mis à part, nous retournerions sans problème dans cet hôtel au rapport qualité / prix finalement très intéressant.

La tranquilité, la gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner On a regretté de n'avoir pas de vue car notre chambre se trouvait en dessous du niveau de la route et l'hotel est entouré de bâtiments, mais ce n'étai pas trop grave

Situation idéale près des remontées mécaniques de montagne et des restos; transport des bagages, et des touristes si désiré, de la gare du télé jusqu'à l'hôtel; possibilité de réserver le sauna-hammam une heure/jour individuellement; grande et belle chambre avec balcon fleuri et vue superbe; personnel à notre écoute et répondant avec le sourire à nos questions; la radio avec haut-parleur dans la salle de bains! L'éclairage de la chambre et de la salle de bains est peu performant lorsqu'il s'agit de chercher un vêtement ou un objet dans l'armoire, ou de se coiffer et maquiller.

Anscheinend wird die Heizung mit Oel betrieben. Zumindest riecht es im unteren Hausflur nach Heizöl.
