Like a small castle, the Hotel La Collina is on a hillside above the village of Pontresina. The ski lift is a 5-minute walk away and the train station is a 10 minute walk away.

Due to its higher elevation, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Engadine Mountains and the village of Pontresina. The location of the hotel on the sunny side of the village means that you will be enjoying the sun until the late afternoon.

The resort of St. Moritz is a 10-minute drive away. During summer all public transportation in Pontresina can be used free of charge.

The ski region Engadin-St. Moritz is Switzerland's largest and comprises well-known resorts like Pontresina, Sils, Silvaplana and Samedan as well as the ski areas Corvatsch, Corviglia and Diavolezza. 14 lifts and 120 km of slopes including the longest night ski run in Switzerland await you in the Corvatsch ski area. The Corviglia combines the cosmopolitan flair of St. Moritz with endless slopes and numerous ski huts. The Diavolezza area is known for its difficult slopes, including a 10-km ski run down the Morteratsch Glacier, as well as for the good snow conditions often lasting until May.

Gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Leider gibt es im Hotel kein Restaurant. Auch fehlt eine Bar, wo man noch einen Drink oder Schlummerbecher geniessen könnte.
