The staff were helpful to me.
There should be a hot water kettle in the room.
The hotel was pleasant, quiet, and the staff (what few I saw) were helpful.
The temperature in the room was just OK. Fortunately, there was a window in the room and it did open to allow fresh air in. The outside temperature was perfect so it did cool the room down a bit. If it were summer time, I'm afraid it would be too warm to be comfortable.
Room was quiet and clean
Bed was old and spongy Restaurant service was dreadful and it was hit and miss as to whether you got what you had ordered. No one seemed to care.
Close to Palexpo and easy to get to the city. Small rooms but you have all you need.
Nice rooms Good food and a nice restaurant Very friendly.
All the stairs to the room cause I had a bike with me.
Location is perfect for those who travel with business purpose (Palexpo, UN HQ)
Room was small and noisy
clean, had all the essentials, nice shower. also has a restaurant
It is close to the Airport(that was the reason I chose it) and in a quiet area
The staff was not helpful,to say the least;we needed to make an urgent call to the rental car in Airport and neither the staff nor the patron did even try to help us get the phone number;at check out, they seemed surprised that I asked for a written facture on the sum I payed with my VISA;the room has no airconditioning and only a small window. Therefore it is overpriced.
Small room, quite comfortable, bed ok.
Having to move a planter stuck in the window so that I could lower the shutter to block out the street lights when I wanted to go to bed. Messy (muddy water and removing the watering system....) and a bit thoughtless if not downright stupid.... Staff not terribly friendly, just on the right side of polite. Breakfast uninspiring.
I was attending a conference at the Palexpo and considering the other nearest option was the Starling Hotel at roughly 50-75% higher cost, this hotel was a fantastic option. Breakfast was spare, but functional (hard-boiled eggs, cereal, juice, jelly, croissants), but the restaurant was excellent, with great pizza. Clean rooms, big rooms, great hot water and water pressure. We had a small refrigerator in our room.
There isn't always staff around so if you are used to 24 hour service, this is not your place. Also, it is about 1-2 miles from Geneva city center/waterfront, so for tourists, again, this may not be the best choice. But if you are attending a conference at the Palexpo, this is a great choice.
