My wife and I enjoyed just about everything during our stay at this centrally located typical Swiss-style hotel. Hotel staff and Restaurant owner were were friendly and spoke perfect English. The rooms are medium sized and charming. The restaurant serves outstanding meals, try their Filet mignon or traditional Cheese Fondue!!! |

Nicely appointed room. Very good staff. Though we booked a room with a bathroom, they did not have one for us when we arrived and we had to share a bathroom. Price was reduced and room was very nice but only a sink. |

The Hotel is close to Neuchatel City center and very close to other attractions around - recommend visit Neuveville There is no lift and the rooms are on the first and second floor very uncomforted for families with babies- in other places in Swiss we found better places cost less |

Clean room and facilities, good breakfast, parking right in front of entrance door. Location in a nice village. Reception unfriendly, they had lost the booking.com reservation. Insisted on advance payment, two different credit cards (Master + Maestro) were rejected, apparently reception staff did not know how to use the payment machine. In spite of the quiet location, church bells are very annoying. |

Service nul. Il faut insisté pour avoir le petit déjeuner et celui-ci n'est servi qu'à 10h00 du matin. Les lits ne sont pas faits et d'après la patronne : je cite "ce n'est pas compris dans le service". |

Die unkomplizierte Art, die Lage in Seenähe, die Lage etwas abseits des Stadtzentrums von Neuchatel. Dusche und WC hätten etwas weniger eng sein dürfen. |

Pour le petit déjeuner buffet, le premier jour, la cafétière était remplie de café moisi (une couche d'un demi-centimètre), à se demander depuis combien de temps il était là.... Cela laisse des doutes sur la propreté du reste... |

Ich hatte ein sehr grosses Zimmer, obwohl es "nur" ein Einzelzimmer war. Auch gefiel mir die Lage des Hotels --> direkt an der Bushaltestelle. Schade, dass die Dusche und das WC auf dem Flur sind - aber sonst war alles ok. |

La gentilezza dello staff. Prima colazione abbondante e ben assortita.La vicinanza a Neuchatel. La mancanza di imposte alle finestre e di tende oscuranti. C'erano solo delle tendine leggerissime e trasparenti su due finestre. Una finestra ne era invece completamente sprovvista.Bagno piccolissimo e senza presa elettrica.Mancanza di parcheggio riservato. |

Las habitaciones eran amplias y límpias. En la página de booking ponía que tenía parking gratuito disponible para los clientes y no era cierto ya que no había parking y la señora que nos atendió nos dijo que podíamos apartar en la calle por la noche sin pagar ya que por el día era zona azul. Además contratamos el desayuno creyendo que sería a una hora normal (entre 8 y 10 de la mañana) pero al llegar nos dijo la señora que era a partir de las 10. Para nosotros desayunar a partir de las 10 nos partía toda la mañana para desplazarlns, Al preguntarle que si podíamos desayunar antes, nos contestó que la persona que se encargaba de los desayunos no iba antes de las 10. Al final, conseguimos que nos devolviera el dinero del desayuno y nos fuimos a desayunar a newchatel.No tiene ascensor |

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, insbesondere für Bahnreisende ( 2 Bahnstationen und eine Busstation nach Neuchâtel), dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Mehrsprachigkeit des Personals |

Appena entrato ti trovi subito ad una rampa di scale che da di un pianerottolo con dei bagni. Pessimo. 100euro al giorno per una matrimoniale (con letti singoli) in un Hotel che è poco più accogliente di uno ostello. Sconsigliato. |

Sehr nette Hotelmitarbeiter, hilfsbereit, kinderfreundlich. Keine Vorhänge bzw. Rollläden zum Abdunkeln der Fenster. Extrem enges Bad / Dusche / Toilette. Morgens bis zu unserer Abreise um 8.00 Uhr kein Hotelpersonal angetroffen, kein Frühstück! Zimmerschlüssel und Notiz an Rezeption hinterlassen. 3 Sterne für dieses Hotel halten wir für überprüfungswürdig. |

La proximité de Neuchatel et le quartier relativement calme,ainsi que la ligne de bus toute proche. Le service en chambre était inexistant (la chambre n'a jamais était faite) il manquait un rideau à une fenètre. Le prix de la chambre était trop chère pour les préstations fournies. |

Je ne trouve rien à répondre à cette question, je n'ai rien aimé dans cet hotel J'avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et bien spécifié sur le commentaire client. La jeune fille qui nous a reçu n'était tout simplement pas au courant! Du coup nos deux enfants ont du se partager un canapé-lit tout usé avec un matelas riquiqui... Sur la réservation il était mentionné que j'avais réservé une suite duplex et en fait cette suite n'existe pas! |

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zentrale Lage. Leider war das versprochene W-Lan nicht verfügbar. Auch Kleiderbügel mussten erst angefragt werden. |
