Very cozy and authentic. Spacious room, comfortable beds, nice decor. Staff is very friendly. Location was perfect with a car - the place is quiet and secluded, but the city center is only 5 min drive away. It was a bit cold in the room, but they did bring us an extra blanket.

The room was unique and comfortable, the bathroom was very well fitted. The Breakfast was good and plentyful No tea and coffee in the room. The restaurant was very expense and limited. No lift in hotel and rooms on multiple floors.

Friendly English speaking lady, very helpful. Was put off at first by train line and industry but, the fact that this is a beautifully renovated brewery with a water wheel and amazing walkway around the workings of the brewery. Made up for it. The food was amazing and the suite at the top of the biulding was fabulous, the train noise was minimal at night. I am normally quite fussy about my accommodation but this hit the spot.

Unbeleivable atmosphere, an oasis in the middle of a modern city, the sound of the flowing river, the pictures in the hotel showing the history, the rooms with wood floors and old beam ceilings with all the modern conveniences, the walking trail with the old mill ruins

Le lieu. Un écrin de verdure au milieu de la ville. L'hôtel rénové avec goût et la chambre très lumineuse et vaste. Restaurant gastronomique excellent. Sans critique, il faut s'habituer au bruit de la cascade, mais j'y retournerais volontiers.

Le lieu en lui-même est extraordinaire, tout à fait exceptionnel. Beauté, calme et nature dans un nid de fraîcheur au coeur de la ville. Le restaurant est une merveille pour les gourmets. Sa baie vitrée et sa terrasse méritent le détour. Les chambres sont très agréables, immenses et pleines de fenêtres, de vrais lofts. L'aménagement et le design sont un délice de bon goût, d'histoire et de confort sans sophistication extrême. Une découverte!

El hotel es maravilloso, es estilo rural, hay que tener en cuenta que son varias plantas sin ascensor. Las habitaciones muy bien decoradas, acogedoras, estilo antiguo, muy cómodas. Y lo mejor el cuarto de bano..Al menos nuestra habitación tenía una banera enorme,, todo muy cuidado. El desayuno de calidad aunque no demasiada variedad Está alejado del centro, en la página dice que a 500m del lago, pero el centro está a mínimo 20 minutos andando. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta si no se quiere sacar el coche. El entorno donde está situado tiene dos partes diferenciadas, la parte del frente tiene unas vistas horrorosas, pero en la parte de atrás las vistas son muy bonitas (río, antiguo molino..)

l'accueil très chaleureux le restaurant est vraiment excellent, très bonne cuisine, service attentif et décontracté, loin des ambiances guindés que l'on peut trouver dans des restaurants gastronomiques plus "classiques". Grande suite (N°9) très agréable, et bonne literie. juste du gel douche dans la salle de bains, aucun autre produit mis à disposition, un peu léger pour une suite. croissants "rationnés" au petit déjeuner.

Le personnel d'une tres grande gentillesse, disponible et souriant. La chambre tres jolie et tres propre. Le petit-dejeuner tres bon a part... La salade de fruits du petit-dejeuner!!!!
