Very poor service. Restaurant closed and when we returned from dinner elsewhere bar was also closed !!

Restaurant is good but a little bit expensive. Staff is friendly. Wifi for free. Room are a old and are divided from other rooms (in my case) just by a door. I could hear all from the other room, even the cough. Breakfast is normal, nothing of special. Some part of the wall of the room was scraped.

L'hôtel est très bien situé et on y mange très bien. Le Spa est sympa bien qu'il n'y est pas de piscine. Je le recommande fortement.

L'accueil. Le très bon restaurant. Les lits sont confortables et le petit déjeuner délicieux! L'insonorisation des chambres est insuffisante. Dans la salle de bain, on entend les conversations de la chambre voisine, les bruits de douche, w-c, etc. Les bruits du couloirs sont également très audibles lorsqu'on est dans la chambre et cela réveille facilement.

Le calme et le magnifique jardin! Un personnel qualifié et sympathique. Une chambre et salle de bains avec espace et très calme. Le petit déjeuner avec un service comme on n'a plus l'habitude, très attentif. C'est notre deuxième séjour dans cette Hôtel et j'espère de revenir bientôt.

J'ai aimé l'acceuil ainsi que le spa et le petit déjeuner. je n'ai pas aimé la musique dans l'hôtel et les chambres mal insonorisées. La musique c'est arrêtée à 2h du matin et j'ai eu une mauvaise nuit. mais bravo à l'hôtel qui m'a dédommagée! Les chambres sont un peu vielles...

Das Personal ist extrem Freundlich, die Anlage schön und angenehm und das Restaurant sensationell. Die Zimmer gross gemütlich und sauber, der Wellnessbereich, modern und Sauber. Das Hotel ist super gut auch mit öffentlichen Verkerhsmitteln erreichbar. Einzig der Ruheraum im Wellnessbereich ist etwas sehr klein. Aber nicht tragisch da man ut auch ins eigene Zimmer sich ausruhen kann.

idéalement situé dans le centre d'yverdon, dans un joli parc. l'hotel est charmant et dégage une merveilleuse atmosphère de calme et volupté.des meubles anciens, des coins de lecture ou repos dans les étages. le personnel est très gentil et aimable. on se sent tout de suite bien. ma chambre avait un charme un peu désuet que j'ai beacuoup apprecié. on se sent beaucoup plus à la maison que dans les chaines modernes.une bonne idée le bistro décontracté avec néanmoins la qualité d'une cuisine gastronomique. un tout petit minuscule b-mol: mon plat de poisson semblait avoir attendu un moment en cuisine et avoir été rechauffé quelques secondes avant de le servir, avec des frites maison un peu molles et tièdes! j'ai pu voir la différence avec mes voisins qui, un peu plus tard, recevait un magnifique plat et bien servi. l'éxécution du mien n'était pas tout à fait du niveau d'un 13 gault et millau, puisque la cuisine est la même pour les 2 restaurants. mais ça peut arriver certains soirs et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir pour un grand repas.
