Tried to get into the Asian Restaurant each night and was never successful - even when saying - 'I'm by myself and will only be there for a short time' - staff not flexible at all. Especially seeing when I went to the restaurant at 19:00 it was totally empty. Also disappointed that one could not get to the lake shore for a walk.
Swimming pool with an opened roof.
The room was cleaned badly No emergency button in sauna In case of emergency, when I fell on the floor and lied there for 20 minutes, no one gave me a hand. Hotel doesn't reply on the complaining message. Huge difference in the attitude to the customers in comparison to the past years, the change is mostly negative
