Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped park of 4 acres, on the shores of Lake Geneva, the luxurious 5-star La Réserve Genève Hotel & Spa offers indoor and outdoor pools and 3 restaurants. All rooms in the La Réserve Genève Hotel & Spa feature hardwood floors, luxurious fabrics and are air-conditioned. The Spa is spread across 21500 ft² and facilities include a hammam, saunas, steam baths and a number of treatment rooms. Access to the spa is not permitted for children under 14 years old and a daytime (9 am to 6 pm) childcare center is available free of charge at the hotel. Mediterranean and Chinese cuisine, as well as light dishes are served in the gourmet restaurants, featuring inviting terraces. A pool-side restaurant Le Lodge operates during the summer months. For a more relaxed atmosphere, day or night, come and unwind in the Bar-lounge with live DJs every night. Les Tuileries Train station is 328 yards from the hotel and guests can reach the center of Geneve within a 12 minute train ride. In summer La Réserve also offers a free private boat shuttle to the center. In addition guests receive free Geneva City Pass which offers free use of all public transportation in Geneva. Food and rooms were excellent. Wonderful Christmas Décor and indoor ice skating rink for children. SPA facility very professional and luxurious. Almost twice the amount of stay taken in terms of pre-authorization of credit card which I found unacceptable and held against card for 10 days afterwards ( card still blocked although bill was paid checking out)

The staff are friendly and always welcomes you with a smile. checking in was like breeze and the rooms were ready and good. The downside is regarding some of the services provided . the air conditioning is not that good especially with the current heat wave, for a hotel like la reserve I expected better. Moreover,The Room service menu is over priced. for example when I ordered intercontinental breakfast for 2 i was really disappointed with what I got as it was defiantly not worth 90 CHF ! All in all La reserve is a good hotel, classy but needs some improvements in the services and the speed of delivering these services ..

Cet établissement est tout simplement le plus bel hotel de Geneve: le cadre est magnifique, la restauration est de très bonne qualité, le spa est fabuleux mais son meilleur atout est son personnel: courtois, professionnel et attentionné.

Cet hôtel, récemment refait, est très réussi.il est situé à quelques km de Genève, près du Lac et de l'Aéroport. La clientèle très variée demande beaucoup d'attention et de prudence au personnel. Par exemple, la caution exigée à l'arrivée est disproportionnée, mais elle est correctement annulée au départ.

Sehr schönes Haus, aber auch sehr, sehr teuer ! Die Zimmer sind Preis - Leistung zu klein ! Auch hatte ich das Gefühl, dass weil ich über Booking.com preisgünstig, soweit man dies sagen kann, gebucht hatte, ich das schlechteste Zimmer des Hauses erhalten habe !

تصميم أفريقي جداً غريب جداً نظيف جلسة الشرفة رائعه مطله علي الحديقة فقط المطعم لذيذ اكله السبا رائع بعيد عن الهيصه يجب الذهاب بالقارب الفندق موفر ذالك.

Personnel trés attentionné. Qualité de la nourriture. L’hôtel n'est pas du tout en adéquation avec le prix exagérément demandé. Ameublement dépassé et vieillot, équipement désuet et prix comparable à un palace 5 étoiles... Très déçu.

отель очень приятный но дорогой . спа зона не плохая , крытый бассейн маленький. чистый уютный отель . завтрак на 2 -х 100 долларов в день. завтраки очень очень скудные. до центра города только на такси можно добраться. каждый день мы выходили и чтобы попасть в центр 45 франков платили на такси.
