The views from our room were amazing! Mont Blanc in the distance.The place was clean and comfortable and set in a lovely village.Good parking beside hotel.Very good value compared to other hotels and staff very nice. Hotel was a bit tired looking and i would have liked a wider selection for breakfast.

Great hotel in a lovely village. Takes about 15 mins to walk to the train station. Friendly staff. The weather was not the greatest for our short trip, would have been nice to see the area when it was not raining. Beware of the train to Leysin. Can only buy a ticket on the day of travelling and must buy it at a machine. On the return trip down didn't know about this and thought you could buy on the train like most other trains but not so and we had to pay a penalty for not purchasing, cost us $100 franks. Didn't make out stay in Leysin as good as it started.

Friendly stuff, good breakfast, good price (because of peak-off ski season). No shampoo in bathroom; the address of the hotel is not known to navigation program (no house number !), you have to put the exact GPS - coordinates !

The hotel had not taken note that we were travelling with kids (this was duly notified at the time of booking and in the email i sent to to the hotel). We were first asked to stay in a room with two single beds and a baby bed (unclear where the second child could sleep!) which on top was so smoke smelling. The staff who was not particularly helpful tried to wash her hands claiming that she was alone and she could not move beds for us. After showing our booking and proving that the presence of kids had been notified we were finally given a bigger room with two separate beds for the girls but the quality of mattresses was so poor (i am usually not fussy and used to camping but that was a bit too much). There was almost no light in the bathroom. I have been in 2 star hotels which offer much better quality and where the staff is much more customer oriented.

Pleasant, spacious rooms with nice view. Very friendly staff, good bar and adequate car parking. Breakfast buffet was generally good but lacking in fresh fruit.

Personnel sympa, bonnes prestations pour un deux étoiles (équipement, petit-déjeuner...), facilité pour se garer. Personne à la réception quand on arrive, il faut téléphoner et attendre (très peu il est vrai) que quelqu'un arrive...

hôtel proche des stations de ski, navette gratuit juste en face de l'hôtel, parking gratuit. L'hotel se troouve à 5 min a pieds des villages de neiges(igloo) et tobogganing. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix Seulement deux chaine de télé en francais.

La gentillesse du personnel. L'accueil et la situation. La navette pour les télécabines s'arrête juste en face de l'hôtel. Il y a un parking. Rien à part qu'il n'y a pas de sauna !
