No tea or coffee No evening meal

It is difficult to find some positive aspects on the hotel. Food in the restaurantwas ok.

We booked a double room for 2 persons and got something that looked very much like a comfortable single room ( there was only one bedside lamp). Bed was140 cm wide and, worse, the duvet cover was also only 140 cm wide, which made sleeping in two extremely uncomfortable. We asked at the reception for another room, but the Hotel was fully booked. We felt that this Hotel was not up to average swiss standard. Restaurant menu only in german.

The hotel overall was great, super clean and the lady tht greeted us was friendly and very welcoming! Bfast was good, home made jam, different breads, croissants etc! We asked her to boil some eggs and she was extremely willing to do so! The only drawback is that she could hardly speak any english if any at all! The worst thing about this hotel is that it is situated in a very busy road and we could hear the constant traffic as well as a church bell that rang on the hour every hour!

Service excellent, breakfast great, not many restaurants around so dinner was great in their restaurant. Rooms were a great size and clean and charming.

A touch of road noise but not all night.

Very convenient location close to motorway. Comfortable hotel with everything you need for an overnight stop.

Despite a written confirmation from the hotel, the room I booked was not available when I arrived. They gave me a double room instead. Expensive evening meal even in the cheaper of the two restaurants.

On site car parking. The room was very clean and of a reasonable size. The proximity to the motorway. Being in a village meant it didn't suffer from the faults of some cheaper hotels, which are close to motorways.

When we arrived there was no reception - the room key was left on a table for us to collect. The restaurant was not open for dinner nor the bar for drinks as the hotel takes rest days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at this time of the year. No wifi available. Our first encounter with hotel staff was for breakfast, which was fine and the staff and owner were friendly. Although cheap for Switzerland this hotel was over-priced in comparison to hotels in many countries in Europe.

Swiss quality in every sense of this word. Clean and comfortable. Excellent restaurant.

Everything for the price though, particularly dinner.

Ligging voor doorreis is prima. Comfortabel hotel met goede parkeergelegenheid.

Het hotel ligt dicht bij de doorgaande route door zwitserland waardoor het geschikt is voor een tussen overnachting. De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is daarbij goed.
