This hotel was very confortable. The people were extremely helpful and pleasent The hotel was a little to warm. The air circulation in the rooms was nil unless you opened the door to let the heat out. |

Free parking in front of the hotel We booked the natura room for 2 nights and at our arrival the staff gave us a worse room without notice. After our complain the solution was to get a worse room paying the same (because the dog is not allowed on natura room). There was no mention about it in booking.com and regarding pets the policy was 'pets allowed' (without query). Further, we mention it on the reserve. Consequently, we only stay one night and search for another hotel. |

We were returning to this hotel and were upgraded on arrival. Good restaurant and very friendly staff. Quiet location and easy access to Jungfraujoch. |

Very nice hotel, easy to find on the road ( and navigation), very clean, however expensive comparing to some real 4 and 5 stars hotels in Switzerland Yes, the price is too high. We arrievd late the first evening ( due to huge traffic jam on the longest tunnel) and when we wanted to have Half Board for the next 2 evenings ( the first was obviously just missed) we were told it was impossible. It had to be hb for all 3 nights of our stay. |

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Since we are new to their country they were extremely helpful with answering cultural questions we had so we would not offend them or others. The breakfast was great and their evening chef is very talented and their hot chocolate was some of the best I have ever had. We could never seem to get the room warm enough and no one warned us to bring our own sheets for the bed (not that theirs were dirty, they just don't use any). |

Breakfast, parking, beautiful woodwork decoration in the restaurant, discount card for public transport & tourist attractions, and very helpful with providing tourist information On the first 30 minutes of Internet were free - not free as advertised, and the room was a little on the small side for the price. |

kleineres Familienhotel an ruhiger Lage mit schöner Weitsicht in die Bergen und der richtige Ort zum Ausspannen. Das Essen wie auch der Service waren eher mittelmässig und beides sind stark verbesserungsfähig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber nichts spezielles. |

El trato del personal. Pasa la carretera por delante del hotel, el ruido de los coches te despierta constantemente. Hacia mucho calor y no tienen aire acondicionado. Contrariamente a los comentarios que leimos, nosotros no comimos nada bien. |

pas grand chose... tres deçu hotel choisi sur votre site en raison de son emplacement dans la verdure alors qu'en realité, cet hotel se trouve en bordure d'une route tres frequentée de jour comme de nuit, au bord d'une zone industrielle, donc bruyant - terrasse du restaurant sur le parking - de l'autre côté vis à vis tres proche sur un autre petit hotel - hotel sans charme interieur - une chambre mansardee au même prix que les autres chambres - |
